Just to clarify if i did understand it right: the pre-sale bonus is up to 30% and the "up-to part" is time-based (aka the earlier i invest - the more output i get) - is it correct?

It’s not clear how the reward for minters is formed. Can you explain, please?
The reward for minters is formed from the part of commission fee paid by users for the services provided by the platform. For example, when HR-specialist purchases the data on student academic achievement from educational institution, one part from this payment is transacted to the minter as a reward.
At the start of our project the commission fee won’t be enough to cover minter’s expenses, thus the minter who signed the block will be given a bonus from token technical pool. The size of the reward will gradually decrease tending to zero, and the transaction commission will grow. That’s how minter’s income will be maintained.

At this stage of our project we don’t plan to limit the minimum size of stake, because small stake will make minting unprofitable for the user.

No, we don't. We’ve studied dozens of projects created so far and now we’re doing our best to learn from their mistakes. For example, every epoch we’ll choose several blockheaders to increase the resistance of Disciplina network to attacks.
