Why change tokens? The old ones are not satisfied by this algorithm. Please clarify.

I have received the tokens of HAT 67 days ago. These are old tokens? I should exchange them?
Are they old tokens? If they are not the Erc 20 tokens then they are old ones. Check on the 1st page of this announcement. They have the contract of the new and old HAT tokens. If they are old ones -- yes you should exchange them.
Old and new tokens are both Erc20 compatible Ethereum tokens. But if you received them 67 days ago, then they are for sure old tokens and you must swap it. Additionally, you can check the contract address. If it's 0xc3972ac283b3a7a56125674631a5c254f7f373cf, then they are old tokens. If it's 0x9002d4485b7594e3e850f0a206713b305113f69e, then it's new tokens. But I'm 99% sure they are old tokens.
As for the swap, you can check the web site for the guide.

Can I report a bug with the Windows wallet here? Upon installation, if you click past the password entry screen it will accept a blank password, however this blank password cannot be used to log in. So the wallet is permanently stuck at the log in screen with no way to go back to the password entry. Even upon uninstallation this problems persists, so at the moment there's no way I can use the wallet.
Hi! Thanks for reporting the bug.
You can try this workaround:
1. Uninstall the app and delete Hawala folder located in the c:\ProgramData folder (ProgramData is hidden folder in Windows so you have to check option "Show hidden files")
2. Install the app again and import the wallet
Then it should work.
Thanks, that did the trick. Now I just have to wait for my new HAT to arrive!

nice project have downloaded the wallet and am trying to get some of the coins
Just make sure that you buy HAT tokens on Idex and not on EtherDelta because old tokens are listed on ED and new ones are listed on Idex.

how many gwei do you guys recommend for the coinswap? i dont want to make anything wrong because of the nice price increase of HAT in the last few weeks! Dont want them to stuck somewhere...
Check recommended price on https://ethgasstation.info/. Currently it's 20 gwei.

Token swap will be supported by the team until the end of this month. That means that the team will answer questions and help people with the swap until the end of this month. The tokens will be able to swap after, but the support from the team will be limited because they will be focused on other things.

No problem. I have seen on the Telegram that some people took over 24 hours for the new HAT tokens to arrive. If the Tx was successful, than you're OK. Also, if you will be waiting for more than 24 hours for the new tokens, then go to the Telegram chat and contact @carletto94 with your wallet address.

This is copied from the from the 1st page. If you think the Dev's will cheat you -- or you are worried don't be. Send your old HAT tokens to 0xc39 address seen below. Use sufficient Gas for the transfer. Wait around a day for the new tokens to come back to your wallet. They will have the new contract address seen below.

to swap them and get new IFS Activated tokens.

Yes you will -- send them to the correct address if they are the old tokens. The contract will then send you back the new tokens.
