A good idea to allow users to leave comments or comments that they want to say to Hearthy's application.By giving users a small portion of the system to improve the system, the two sides will make some adjustments based on the user's Suggestions.I know there are a lot of people who have more ideas and we need entertainment to see the other side of the project.
I agree on to that, it will took some updates and improvement. Its good to read some updates here in forum but its better to see this circulating on other online platforms.

Hearthy Co. will only accept HER token as a standard value for payment. So all clients must buy tokens to be used in health services. Patients, health care group and doctors will use HER token for their daily health care-related transactions.

Maybe they will. But I think the first target of Hearty is to become popular in the market and then sooner or later if they already have a sigbature nane in public, they will expand the scope of their business and maybe they will become a large scale business of healthcare provider.do you think, when hearty is popular they will try to build their own hospital ?? For me, it is better if they just focus on what they started with. I think it will be a successful project to. especially their mission is to help each person.

I think they dont launch the hearthy apps if they have a problem. just be updated to hearthy and keep supporting.An application that is very useful to our everyday lives especially to people who is sick and have an illness. Im sure they have more plan and development for the application to become efficient and can compete to market when it launch.

Hearthy team are open for feedback from their users so that they will improve the application if ever there would be a compaint or suggestions from their users. This is a way of having a good communication from the team and their users.

I'm pretty sure that the updates will definitely be free, after all updates are like maintenance either to fix minor/major bugs or to add some updates/changes in the apps.

Also, the member above might be referring to live chat option and yes it is like an online consultation as you will be talking to a real physician thru chat or videochat. It is possible to have a consultation thru chat for minor illness like giving the details of what you are feeling and the physician will be able to conclude and if the patient is required to see a doctor/physician in person, the physician online will advise the patient to do so. That's actually efficient because some of the symptoms that we feel when we are sick can be diagnosed just by telling the symptoms.. like fever, colds, cough and other minor illness.
