just contact the consumer service so they can give you more information, what you could do now. Its clear heat will not deliver anything useful. They are just bullsh**** us. Read some pages further about coin listing thing and other stuff. You will find lies and weird behavior, no one would do with you in normal life.

Thou things have been delayed doesn't mean there is a scam going on. Steady progress has been made as proto pointed out.

Guys this is an obvious scam. there are 1000 facts speaking for itself, that this will never end good. they said they will deliver in september, now its january.

Its enough time passed, so we can contact consumer protection service in Europe. Its now time to act, before its too late.

The thing with the shares of a company is just a try to keep us calm and giving some naive hope. Who with brain is going to invest more money in that? They are not even running a main net blockchain, not speaking of application using it. This is a fu**** scam nothing else.

Notice something guys? They never provided any proof about where the funds are! They stated (recalculated somehow after people asking how much money they got) that they raised about 800k$.  30% or something of this is already gone, imagine this is more than 200.000$ (My prediction is they bought a house and wrote it off as company expenses and the rest are overpaid salaries for those 2 dickheads). They did not tell us where it went! It is just gone. I guess by now 50% are already gone!  If we don't even know how they keep the money, they can just tell us anything. For example the eth and btc price rises, they will say oh no we hold the money in dollar, and theyjust keep the dividend. If the Eth and btc price goes down, they will say we kept it in dollar. We can not verify it! So far no proof has been provided even though this can be done in a matter of minutes! They try to avoid this issue so obviously that it becomes almost suspicious!

His fimk seems never to be listed in any normal exchange, like bittrex, they will not be able to list heat in bittrex either. Maybe there will never a launch at all

The team has 1M HEAT released to them after 1 year.  They probably have another couple million from FIMK exchanges as well.

Heat is a great concept, great name, great community.  If the team keeps doing good business, then their HEAT holdings will become more valuable than the ico money they collected.  The success of HEAT will also open up more business opportunities.

Everyone is on the same team here with a common goal of adding value and growth.

Heat team, you can clearly see that the way you managed this thing so far (poorly) is making a lot of people very very pissed off.
If you really have the intention to release this as a quality product, I strongly suggest you show us this by facts and not words and air. Keeping this project closed source is only increasing the feeling you are not gonna deliver anything or a bad product at best.
If you had no real intention to release something meaningful and just made this ICO to ride the back of your now very pissed off investors, I strongly suggest you make them whole or suffer the consequences. Believe me, there will be very dire consequences for you if you just walk away with the money.
In any case, if you build a solid well made project, you can create much more value not only for your investors but also for your selves.

Trust is something obtained with great effort, but ruined very easily by foolish actions (or lack of the right actions sometimes...). I think that the people in this community who gave you funds to make this project according to your promises had lots and lots of patience for you so far, but this is changing due to your own behavior.

You have enough money, you should do the following things (in parallel): A) get more people (trusted people from the community is much better...) to join this project in key specialized roles to push it forward  B) move this forward also in the pr and trading fronts (using specialized people) C) make and publish clear plans (it is called a roadmap) you can and will COMMIT TO - with proven progress along the way.

And a final word of advice, be humble when you talk to people who invested in your project and this community. Being arrogant will get you very little. Your investors are the only reason you have the ability to be doing this project in the first place. Oh, and believe me, if you tried to get VC money to accomplish this you would be kissing so many asses your lips would bleed.

And even better, he stated one or two pages ago, that they did not want to discuss a listing because there would still be MONTHS of work. Meaning, that he already knew about the delays beforehand. And LYING to the community about the genesis release in September.

they dont care, thats obvious by now. and that not going to change anyday.

yeah its unbelievable how unprofessional these guys work. they need a boss to kick their asses. we as a community can make something but not enough.

imagine this self called CEO climed down the hill to talk to us, not giving just useless anouncements, about the left-wing crypto propaganda newsletter, and said he would support listing on bittrex (before that he was just saying to fuck them) but saying in the same sentence that he is too lazy for getting along with them (and this work can be done by the community) and keeping saying or dreaming of an own trading exchange LOL

this project is doomed. no response from the devs, bad, bad management or at least communication.

Hey, in ICO phase they said they would deliver by September 5, possibly September 10, and its only January now! :-)
