This is a quick update.
First of all, I apologize to all of you for the lack of communication on my end, but I didn't know what to say to you and how to address the situation.
I needed some time.

The unforeseen events that are unfolding through the world made things very complicated for me right now; as it most likely did for most of you and many many other people as well ...
I hope you're all safe and healthy.

Everything is more difficult, everything is slower and much more erratic these last days.
On monday, our lockdown has been extended for 4 more weeks (until the 11th of May).
Things are not likely to get back to normal before that date as people are still encouraged to stay home, allowed to go outside only for a limited set of precise purposes.

Several parcels with supplies that were headed to our company made their way back to their senders with no reason.
Apart from parcels handled by private courier companies (UPS, DHL, GLS..) we didn't receive a single item / letter by the regular Post since the beginning of April.
(I personally got zero letter to my mailbox this month)

Given the situation, the whole makes me very weary about shipping your Coldkeys loaded.
I don't want to hope that your order will make its way through to you.
The probability for something to go wrong there is very high and I hate it, but that's how it is. Precautions are needed.

We'll have to unfold the April History Coldkey release a bit differently, and possibly the next upcoming May release as well, depending on the situation.

TLDR ;
Your parcels will ship ASAP but not loaded; we will still collect the funding for orders where it's missing and proceed further.
I'll ask you to confirm the proper retrieval of your Coldkeys with an email so I proceed with funding them only when you have them.
You will receive your tracking very soon in an email from Coldkey, along with more information about what to do when you have received your parcel.

I am very sorry about the situation, it is much unfortunate.

Well, the new April 2020 Coldkey has been listed on our website yesterday.
We will send an email about the funding to subscribers in a short time, and all orders that are complete will ship out next week.

Yesterday night I started making the post to announce it here but couldn't manage to get it right like I wanted; I gave up to sleep on it.
(Also the funding tool wasn't ready to collect funding for these, I had to delay it a little bit)

The Free Shipping voucher code for subscribers is one of the perks.
We will very soon introduce our loyalty program.
Everyone who subscribed for Q1 & Q2 2020, or who purchased all the History Coldkeys for Q4 2019 and Q1 2020 will receive a gift in the next parcel.
I hate to admit that it won't be as polished as I would love it to be, but still, it will be a very practical gift for all of you Coldkey collectors.

I would have loved to show you more about the design.

As we are locked at home here in France, we can go outside to the working place if really we cannot do it otherwise.

There hasn't been that much different Coldkeys done.
(Genesis / Loaded / Bitcointalk 10th Year / History (Q4 2019 with 1Dq, Q1 2020 with Kryptowerk, Q2 2020 with )

no, i have ordered the two coldkey cards normally via the homepage and i didn't get an email that the cards had been sent out either... 
the password is only available for those subscribers who are already fixed at the moment. but from monday on there will be a possibility to sign up as a new subscriber

mine just went thru customs. I think I have all cards released at this point, but not really sure. Is there a thread someplace documenting all these cards and art like the polymerbit one xprim777 made? Thanks! Love them...
