That is really good news! But we will have problems in the long term if the volume stays this low - there will always be the risk of delisting. All the Hodl I have generated are locked for many months to come, so I cannot really do any trades.. I think the same applies for many members here

Everyone who keeps saying things along the line of "When (insert month here) comes around there will be so many HODL from bonus interest and will flood the market" needs to stop being so ignorant. People have been HOdling consistently since the conception of this coin. The generation of HOdlcoin has been designed to be in large from matured deposit bonus rewards at first and slowly transition into mining rewards over the course of 2 years which is exactly what it's doing regardless of the required 1 year mining deposit. There has been no special event where everyone created a term deposit that matures on the same day to cause a doomsday event like some of you like to fantasize about. No one cares about this coin. They used to mine it with spare cpu so they'd at least dump mined blocks on the exchanges. Even that has dried up because you locked miners out for 12 months. Now you have no volume at all on exchanges. Not even dumpers.

Even if he made money who cares ? He still failed. This coin is great and I"m holding on and still mining my Hodl thanks.

YObit is so bad they don't let you signup with an email that includes a period in the first part of the email. LOL. Gmail suggests periods in the first part of the email like [email protected]
Google ignores the period anyways, so [email protected] is the same inbox as [email protected] .

I don't think its "clearly over"; the hashing power on optiminer is around 40KH/sec, which is not bad. Definitely it will be difficult to trade if it gets delisted but I don't think the coin is dead. It will be if there are no more developments; if new features keep coming, then it will HODL
Because there are always clueless newbs who want to mine. They think cpu mining is going to make them a millionaire. When they realize that isn't the case, that the coin is worthless, that the blocks mined are tied up for a year... They then quit this coin and go somewhere else.
But there will always be newbs so maybe the coin will always have miners.
BUT what good is a worthless coin even if you have a lot of it?
