The number of unlocked HODLs is quite high actually. And there's another 2 million that are unlocked but not moved. So the amount that will come into circulation might not hurt the price so much.
But still trading volume is very low
Just don't dump all the HODL at the same time at the low price, sell little HODL then lock some amount of HODL again, as time goes, it will give some time to new adopter buy new HODL and they can help to create a suitable environment where HODL price can rise.
We just need to be optimistic.
We need a market to spend the HODL we are not Hodling.
