There has been no updates for a long time here and also in the Honey Discord. I thought the dev was working on a new wallet because many of us are having syncing issues and no connections. Now that Coinexchange closed down I thought that it would help free up some time for the dev to get Honey back up and working smoothly again but we are still waiting.

Its nice to see Honey start to get back on track with a new exchange, the Honey blockchain updated for new people to use and some older members that were having trouble syncing their wallets. Now we just need to build some volume again and get the word out that Honey is back.

The only problem is that the honey wallet is very difficult to sync and I think a lot of people will have a hard time with this. Is there anyway you could set up a staking pool/wallet for now so that people could send their coins there? Or a better way to get the wallet to sync without any problems?

This coin is interesting, but the volume is missing on coinexchange is there planning for new exchanges? Any nodes that work?
Yes there are working nodes on Coinexchange as they are updated every 24 hours. The dev said in the discord that he is working on a new Honey wallet which is almost complete and that there will be more coming in the future. The main problem people seem to be having here is sync issues and staking issues which I'm having a problem with as I haven't staked in a while. Hopefully all this will be fixed very soon and we can get back to staking Honey like before.

I agree that Honey is rare however what Honey needs is an active dev working on developments or else this project will just die out like so many other PoS coin projects where the dev isn't active. We were meant to have a new wallet so its easier for newbies coming in to sync easier but we are still waiting.
I think its about time we start getting some updates from the dev, last we heard he was meant to be working on a new wallet and there was talk that he might switch the code over to another algo. But since then we haven't heard or seen anything and that was months ago so dev I think its now time to update the community here on what is going to happen with Honey.

There was a post on the Honey discord from the dev, he is working on a new wallet for Honey along with a few other new things which he is planning to release in early 2019. It would be good if he can also post in here as I know a lot of people come on here to get the latest news.
