And we are looking for a small bounty from dev team, thanks![/center]

Thanks! We will send something later today.  Note this does not mean you've got the full bounty (yet) as there have been multiple simultaneous submissions and we need to check them.

On my home pc i7 3770K getting 200khash/sec (overcklocked to 4,4Mhz)

why mine i5 2500 k OC to 4400 get only 66k?

maybe because i'm mining from the wallet?

i have about the same oc of your cpu, yeah mine isn't the 3770k, but it's not a bad cpu also...

Wat?  Cheesy

2x2697s here, cheers for the help dude, they are running at 2.7 now, shame I cant get even a little bit more from them in the bios?
Yeah, it's a bummer. They totally stripped the BIOS in the D16 compared to the D8. The D8 has all the overclocking settings (CPU and RAM) you'd see in a normal desktop board.

damn oh well, cheers for your help mate.

it's an asus z9pe-d16
Nope. You can't overclock on the Z9PE-D16. You can on the Z9PE-D8 WS, though. You can't get much of an overclock on the E5s though, maybe 100-200MHz. I have a pair of E5-2670 V2s in mine.

Thanks for the supportive posts guys.  Having the coin on more than one exchange helps keep a stable price.  If it's only listed in one spot it can be manipulated way to easily and any good coin has a stable, steady rising price or a slight up and down and wave on the charts.

I hope HVC goes far and that all your investment dreams come true.  Continue to support CryptoALTeX and Atomic-trade as atomic-trade has already gone through the legal hurdles herein the USA to make sure they are running a legit business.  CryptoALTeX is also an LLC and we are currently working on getting registered with FICEN and the other steps we need to take in order to bring you a proper business that meets all legal standards.

Someone private messaged me to check out HeavyCoin.

Sorry I realize this post will make people angry at me. I am usually the messenger who brings technical reality which is usually bad news because most coin developers are not competent.

Innovations and contributions

  • HEFTY1 - a cryptographic hash function for CPU-only proof-of-work with a small memory footprint

Insufficient technical details. From what I read about their claim of SIMD as an issue. I think they fail to understand the nature of the GPU advantage.

  • Ultra-secure hashing - a secure strategy for using multiple cryptographic hash functions

From the Github page:

  • Temporal Retargeting - multipool protection that goes beyond Kimoto Gravity Well
  • Decentralized Block Reward Voting - the mining schedule and money supply are democratically decided (total supply is still bounded to 128M)

Oh great let the early investors decide to make coins even more rare. This will be a very good experiment to show why democracy is a power vacuum.  Wink

they are just in a full tower not rack mountable server or anything like that.
What motherboard? I'm pretty sure the only dual LGA 1366 motherboard out there that allows for overclocking is the EVGA SR-2. I'm running a pair of X5650s in mine at 3.8GHz.

I mean if i only overclocked it a tad would that be stable enough do you reckon?

its 2x12 core xeons I want to overclock

Are they in a motherboard where you can overclock? You can forget about it if they're in a server chassis. You'd need something like an EVGA SR-2.

it is easy to overclock a cpu?

yeah, but not so easy to make it stable, you need to go to the bios settings
