Reorder & ZHPools
Would you guys please consider changing your default batch files and sample configs and set a vote count of 1 or 0?
Also maybe post a little header type message and urge miners to lower their vote?

What exactly does vote do? I notice votes can either be 1, 512 or 1024 ?
I am mining at http://hvc.1gh.com/ and they say to put the vote as 512? Does it matter if I put it as vote1 on my bat file ?
You can even set it to 0

It was a hardware problem on one of servers, so it was sudden of course. Everything fixed now, all due payments done.

Seems to be only problem of 1Gh. ZhPool is finding new blocks but not all of them one by one. Some blocks are apparently still found by other pools and maybe 1Gh is also still finding them, just something broke down on their server I assume.
Seems to be a display issue at 1Gh, probably. Look at the block progression where 1gh stops, 'other' suddenly takes over.The 'other' timeline was broken, fixed it after looking into 1Gh's line starting when they got an orphaned block
note: Deltas are for the past 2 days as there was no update yesterday.

what's going on with 1Gh pool, not finding any new blocks? Reorder? Just tweeted them. Over 4 hours since last block. They are still accepting shares though. Seems to be only problem of 1Gh. ZhPool is finding new blocks but not all of them one by one. People are talking about a cliff when we go into phase 3 and they are right.
IMHO the solution would be to triple or quadruple the length of the second phase and proportionately lower the maximum reward for that period. That way new miners will still have incentive to turn their rigs to HVC during the summer months and the coin will have a more widespread adoption. Another problem is the fact that you still can't use your HVC for much, so we need to campaign more aggressively for new retailers. Maybe devs could use some of the IPO money to create buy support and/or increase bounties? This would also help with the premine FUD being spread (which I sort of agree with, premine IS usually a scam alert, though in this case the coins were sold at a fair price to a number of participants), since at least part of the money would be used for the benefit of the coin.
