too bad this is a premine it has potential

Why shouldn't the devs be paid?

if they beleived in there coin they would just mine themselves or buy at launch instead of just trying to make a easy buck.. might work but every other premine has failed.. at the price now the early investors have already doubled there money.. If you wanted a coin for asic resistance VTC has said they will adjust to never be able to be asic mined.. this brings voting to a currency good idea but not groundbreaking.. UTC also same idea premine with fast transfers asic resistant its stagnant as well with other premines..

like i said it has potential sad that developers decided to go with a premine alot of people wont even touch it..

also they wanted to be a cpu only mined coin and now that has been instantly broken give it another hit because it proves that even there great devs didnt see that as possible on release

FUN > ROI
Note: As HeavyCoin Pool has called it quits, they will soon disappear from these stats updates.  Sad to see them go, as power gets concentrated further.  If you have been using HeavyCoin Pool, don't forget to request your payouts.

In order to ensure

hvc is
What's better(or strong) than drk point is this?

Please compare the two kinds of hvc drk

ex) the superiority of the algorithm , low power, hacking prevention, democratic, diverse use place , another etc..

try contact mcxnow.com if HVC on mcxnow we have more vol trading

I personally hope hvc doesn't get on there. I have my personal reasons combined with that of the owner of the exchange (realsolid) has countless complaints and scam accusations thrown in his direction. Crypto world is littered with a lot of negatives right now and a google search on "realsolid scam" ect. will lead you to a lot of information on him and his past/current actions. I foresee mcxnow becoming the next GOX sadly.

Anybody here got any settings or hashrate for a Radeon 6990 ?

I get 7.92 Mh/s on a 6970.

Code:
"intensity" : "8",
"worksize" : "256",
"kernel" : "heavy",
"gpu-threads" : "1",
"gpu-engine" : "950-950",

How did you manage to run heavy-specific cgminer for 6970? It works on 7000 series only as I know. At least it doesn't work with my 6970 card...

Their first version didn't work but their latest from 4/1 does.

Hello again Heavycoiners, last night I emailed Bter and Moolah (again) with a similar email to the one I have listed below. If you are pressed for time please feel free to use this as a base for emailing them both. Thank you and happy trading/mining HVC!

Hello Bter Staff,

    I would like to request that Heavycoin (HVC) be added to your exchange. Our coin currently trades at 4000 Satoshi. We have a big community of miners, investors, and supporters who greatly desire our acceptance by your company. We are well aware of the successes Bter has achieved and we know Heavycoin would be a great addition for you.

Here are some highlights to consider even during this tough Bitcoin price decline:

  • Market cap current: $ 375,929
  • Total network Hash rate currently: 135 G/H
  • 50% reduction in electricity for GPU miners due to the unique Hefty-1 algorithm (we all know asics will dominate scrypt based coins here shortly thus HVC will be in an excellent position in the near future)
  • We have marketing, and excellent Dev teams. Keccak512 literally built this algo from the ground up. Not a copy of any coin.
  • Heavycoin regulary sees over 100 BTC transaction volume per day across all exchanges (Mintpal, Cryptsy, etc.)

Here are some recent promotions and insights as to the size of our community.

Vote for low block reward, extend the mint phase. The coin gives us the control, just gotta convince everyone....

low block don't means the coin will have high value always

I agree with you, but I was talking about mint phase duration, not value.

the whales don't want that, because they want to mine more coins first, then when the mining phase is nearly to the end, they will vote to 1 to increase the price and dump their shit

decentralized my ass

i'm still waiting for a truly decentralized system

Bisq Market Day - March 20th 2023
I thing this coin has a great future but i am interested how much inflation will be..how much coin will be in the end of this year..end of 2015,2016 etc  .This is info i must know to know should i buy some more or not ..i thing there is 2 much coins in circulation now for such young coin and that dont give a price to go up even its very low price now

Go to http://heavycoin.github.io/about.html and click the third tab "Decentralized voting". Check out the numbers there and formulate your opinion. That's the best option for  figuring out the supply. There's currently ~ 21.4 Million HVC out. If you open your HVC wallet you will see supply stats and voting stats at current.

My personal estimate = ~95 Million Total HVC
95 milion total by when...on page it says 72 days to 25+ years
(depending on votes)   ..hard for me to know will it be mine for 20 years or there will be flood of coins in just few months

Quote
Votes affect the duration of the initial minting. The larger the block reward, the quicker the 45M coins will be awarded.

Run a little math i suppose. First phase 45 Million Fixed, current vote is at 570 and block time is 2 minutes.

Blocks Per Hour X Hours Per Day = Blocks Per Day
Code:
30 x 24 = 720 Blocks/day

Block Reward X Blocks Per Day = HVC Per Day
Code:
570 x 720 = 410,400 HVC/Day

Current supply = 21,479,330 HVC

Phase 1 Total Supply - Current Supply = Supply Remaining to be Mined
Code:
45,000,000 - 21,479,330 = 23,520,670

Remaining Supply / HVC Per Day = Days Left for Phase 1 Mint
Code:
23,520,670 / 410,400 = 57.31 Days.

57.31 Days left for Phase 1

Feel free to estimate the other phases.

So consider phase 2 is fixed 56 days  90% of coins will be mine just after 4 months..if you ask me that is realy realy not good..It will be a time when ASIC will be dominating scropit network and army of gpy would look for new litecoin..but considering HVC will be allready 90% mined they will jump over this and find another ..to bad because this coin is perfect for gpys but inflations is just ridicilous..
