I am not developer, can I still sign up as a developer? 
I'm trying to sign up for the airdrop because this project sounds promising. However, I'm a little confused. I've opened and created an account, and I'm in it, but I don't know what to do from here. I see others mentioning something about linking their GitHub accounts. Does that mean that you need a Github acct first? Or, is there a way to join the airdrop without actually being a developer?
I connected my Github account but I am confused where to put my ethereum address in my Github account. Do I need to put it there and where I input it?
Linking to github and setting up eth address are two separate steps, after linking complete the rest of the fields on hydro website

On the page where you connect your GitHub, there should also be an input box for your ethereum address. This is all that is needed

What if some of us do not use Github for dev purposes how else can we register for developer airdrop???

Very good question! The major difference, is that XRP intends to replace the normal means in which banks send funds. Hydro's goal is to take the current systems and make them more transparent and friendly to everyday users. Our main focus is more for financial applications than banks themselves. We believe that even if XRP is adopted, Hydro would be able to work alongside it nicely.

So basically this can be implemented into any system that already exists? You can literally bring block chain to anyone?
That's the idea We believe designing things this way will lead to quicker and more widespread adoption of blockchain tech in the real world.
