I attended in the ICO. I did not transferred the HMQ tokens to my wallet.
I saw an email that all personal wallets have been closed. All ICO participants (who did not withdraw their tokens until June 22nd) should get in contact with the support team ([email protected]).

Is here anybody who was able to get his tokens on this way? I am still waiting for a reply of the support team.

the support team does not respond. I also asked questions. still waiting for an answer.

Try to reach them on slack. I remember there was similar situation, but this was just after they shut down the site.

Is this project dead?20btc buy support only.

20 BTC volume on liqui or on both liqui and bittrex? The project has just released an app especially for Africa and it has just started to roll out the expansion. It's a long term project and not a pump and dump one so many might miss this train and move onto other projects.

I think considering long-therm focus of the project, investors prefer to hold their tokens in the wallets, not to touch them, just waiting for real developers results. Current trading volume is just about knocking coins out of the weak hands.

Hello. I'm following this project closely. I'm looking forward to development. It is obvious that this is a long-term project. I would like to ask to spread more information about the actual implementation of the project. Are there any plans for the near future? Is there a search for new investors?

What is the progress with solving the legal stuff ? In Africa the corruption is a very big problem and i think you will face it often.  Also , what about the internet coverage rate ? Even in developed countries 4G is not available everywhere.

I cannot check it now but based on coinsmarketcap the volume is 120.68 BTC in 24 hours so it's a big volume already and it's
still listed in 119 which is close to top 100. Just give them time, they are busy with marketing their product, why people are not seeing that.

Message @Hhampuz if you are looking for a CM!
Is this project dead?20btc buy support only.
I'm sure it's not dead yet, the support is low for now but that is not the basis to say that it's dead.
The project will succeed because the devs are really active with the update, I also invested in this project so I have to believe.

This is good to hear some words about the current status of on going development this sounds awesome soon this app will be launched at the moment they are improving some features and adding more security to this amazing app. Keep it up this spirit and make this possible to change the banking world with this revolutionary project.

Banking will only bring misery, it's time for the revolutionary to emerge, I'm sure 2020 may no longer have banking institutions.

Hi! Is there any wallet to use with HMQ tokens? I'm not willing to hold them in exchange anymore. Will buy even some more. I have feeling that this is long time project, not just get rich quik scheme.

As others have suggest myetherwallet.com is a good choice, just beware that there are A LOT of phishing attacks that use it, always check for the big MYETHERWALLET LLC certificate on the left side of the URL. You can also use a full node wallet like Mist, and add the token contract. You can find all the information here: http://forum.humaniq.co/t/humaniq-token-contract-location/124

There were concern on just how Humaniq is going to cater for "unbank" from the the begining of this project! I remember people threatened to dump after ICO! And the moment it hit exchanged people dumped as promise because humaniq team have not shown any tangible progress!

In terms of catering to the unbanked, we have a team in Africa with native employees, and we have been expanding it in preparation for the full launch. With their knowledge of local realities we are quite confident that we'll succeed in creating a solid userbase. The app is also quite intuitive to use and doesn't require full literacy.

In terms of progress, we're currently running the pilot program in Ghana with the app, solving legal issues with the release, and doing internal bug hunting to make sure everything runs smoothly. It's the kind of gritty work that doesn't look flashy, which is why the price has been quite stale (at least in USD terms). These things are however necessary to have a solid product, and promising the world without having anything to show for it (yet), doesn't seem like the right move to us.

Ok so with that in mind, when will the project actually launch ? When will you start the ,,banking for unbanked,, and when will you release the app? I heard that you are opening new and new offices, but nothing really productive is coming out...

The app will be released when fully ready, we're currently beta testing it. We apologize for the delay, unfortunately the realities of software development are what they are.

Other things we're working on:

Experimentation with emotion analysis, to improve biometrics.

Implementation of React Native, a framework to port Javascript apps to Mobile.

Modifications to the emission matrix, to enhance white paper statement

Fiat to HMQ and backwards conversions in the app, for those who do have a bank or other type of electronic cash (useful for merchants and exchangers).

Onboarding merchants to perform cash exchange in rural areas (where no infrastructure exists)

Safety report mechanisms, developed together with our partners, to prevent the higher than usual risk of scams.

On top of that, we're working with one major partner to provide critical financial information to users, and start integrating loans and insurance functionality. And of course bug hunting and polishing.

Also, the expansion of our African team is nothing to sneeze at, as spreading awareness of the app in local realities is almost as important as making the app itself.

MEW
https://myetherwallet.com/ is the best wallet for long term and I also believe this project is also for long term.
Just always secure your private key so you can keep your HMQ tokens secured.

Thanks for answers. So I just send my HMQ:s fron exchange to my ETH address and keep it safe?
for extra security you should use a hardwarewallet with your myetherwallet.
I recommend Trezor or Ledger Nano S, but Digital Bitbox should also work.
