I find that the reward structure is balanced. There's a use case, which is pretty rare. I'm waiting to hear more about the team. I started mining it from the beginning. They started the bounty campaign and I think if they can create a community, it could be a success.

yes so true!..actually it catch my attention when I browse the white paper, it seems like there is a sponsorship program to a young player who are not able to play football due to financial matters..and this is the answer to that problem...they will enhance their skills in playing football and become a professional one!..sounds good right?

this project intends to provide self-esteem to young people. it will instill a positive attitude toward its players and keep them from the self-destructive activities often times engaged in by disadvantaged teens. The platform will also Introduce, encourage and foster football in youths which otherwise would not have had the financial resources to receive proper instruction and training.

football's market potential is enormous and constantly grows. in europe alone, football's biggest market, revenues peaked at 24.6 billion euros in 2016 and has grown quarter over quarter since 2006 at an average annual rate of approximately 8%. good thing that bitcademy built a platform where offering young athletes to be trained and be a professional football players.

Did I miss something or how did you calculate the return on investment and also came to the conclusion that it is reasonable?

We have all the financials done. There are a lot of components taken into consideration - first, we need to be sure academy financials are strong and solid so it can operate without the marketplace. On top of that 10 years projections from the marketplace, AI, trackers, franchising revenue, silver token holders return were calculated.
We came with the solid model.

How do we know we can trust your accounting and reporting on costs and output? Who will independently control and oversee your business’s accounting and operations?
I think the community can control and oversee the bussiness accounting of this project. With blockchain technology it should be transparent.
And if you read in their medium, they said "We want to make sure that methods we invented are implemented with top quality and guarantee full transparency to our token holders."
They will fully take the responsibility for what they create.
Of course, blockchain is there to supervise certain activities but more on the processes with data registrations on the marketplace, AI and payments from investors.

The company is a limited company and will be operating using such structure.
We will have external accounting services hired by the company.
Financials will be disclosed to investors within and up to the legal model of the company required for such business.
