You should not talk about yobit as even when the project itself dead and yobit will always try to trade it. That's why so many people have called that as a shitty exchange sites.

You are right, the project is already dead which we don't see any active developments from the Bitclave team, I hope Bitclave is not generating enough volume and how can exchanges will list this coin, even we don't see any active implementation from the team.

As far as i know for people who have bought CAT tokens from the exchange sites can't get a refund. The refund is only applicable for those who have bought CAT at the ICO price.

Back in the day when they've run their bounty campaign, I applied as their "Filipino" translator.
I got accepted and submitted the completed translations to them after a couple of days but a few weeks after, I got kicked out of the campaign for supposedly using a "google translator". LMAO.
Burned my eyes through a number of days translating their WP/Ann and got nothing in return. Not a single token.
From what I've read, not only they are ordered to return the $25m they've raised from their ICO, they would also have to pay prejudgment interest of $3,444,197, and a penalty of $400,000 Shocked

I guess karma really does find a way to get back at them huh. Grin

Safe to say this project will now be dead.

I also read this news "will return all $25.5 million to the investors and pay nearly $4 million in additional fines and fees". The project has kept investors' money for nearly 3 years, it has greatly affected the investor's finances. The fine is still quite low, they deserve stricter punishment for their fraud.

yes it is a very low cost but who would have thought something bad would happen like this, and all are in a state of resignation, if we had a strong legal entity over their actions

Some percent has already sold by the team to the investors and the rest has already dumped by the team on exchange site too.

The team was selling gimmick to be a competitor for google but the idea to be a decentralized search engine was totally non sense idea.

I hope the scammers will be getting their punishment.

Yes, false promises are given by the company, which is not a good idea and they don't have a vision in their developments. Really, they have collected a very huge amount of money during at the time of their crowdsales and failed to develop a single product. Really, we need to complain to the FBI about companies like this.
