I read those reports earlier and found out they were posting in this thread this time. Its not easy to convert all these to Russian as google isn't translating text as comprehensive as a human.
Can't the team just create another ANN thread for us? Its not against the rule to create another as far as I know.

Это не первый проект на блокчейне данного рода,большенство из подобных проект проваливаются не успев и собрать софткап на ICO! Но у команды данного проект есть все шансы занять данную сферу! Посмотрим что у них получится!

I think that the roaming still very actual problem in the world and the price is still high for using it with comfort. As the blockchain technology is very popular now and help a lot to be independent I'm waiting for Bubbletone decision to solve the problem professionally and completely. Hope the final product will change the industry and the big Tele companies will cooperate with Bubbletone. Good luck!
