I don't think it will just be for small and medium sized investors, even if it was, it doesn't mean that large investors won't come in, day trading can be tiring and i believe some large investors will not mind coming in as well, if the project becomes a good, as that will relieve them of some stress, they can also diversify, like keep some with CCI and they continue with their usual trading

No, it's not correct. I got exactly what they are saying. At this moment ETH price is too much down. So they are charging us 1 ETH = 430$.
For example.
Current CCI price is 0.12$, so as per their calculation 430$ ÷0.12= 3583 CCI tokens.
This is current calculation if I am not wrong. CCI admin can reply us on it.

This is precisely the nice aspect of this project and team is very investor friendly and doing all favors in all aspects irrespective of market conditions.

Very important question. Will the value still be fixed at that rate or there would be a review of the rates at which the token will be sold.

It don't think it would matter now; given they have fixed the price at 430 now regardless where the market is that would be the price of the token. The only concern I have with this approach is if the bearish impact last longer than expected and if that happens I think the only way is to extend the sale until the price recovers.
