I think so. I think Inchain did not consider how the refund issue, simply let the trustee to send a card and then remained silent until now, if some participants do not know bitcointalk ? The ICO experience is really bad

Well, that I bypassed this project. I could not understand essence of all. But more confused me when I saw what to do about 20 posts per week in singnature company that is more like spam than promotion.

Did anybody get his/hers funds back already? Or at leat reply from SebastianJU?
I got a reply from SebastianJU, saying my claim was valid and I would get the money when Inchain approves the transfers.Last I checked they were not transfered.
Did you use step 1 or 2 or did you send it from Exchange? Because I still do not know exactly what to do if I did not follow those two steps (now is too late).
Step 1. I signed a message using my deposit address.
If you sent from an exchange, all you can do is to contact the excrow and wait.
I am guessing they will wait to see, if there are multiple claims to the same deposit, which is causing the delay for the people that sent from exchanges.
Dont know why the rest of the refunds are so slow.
As a general rule, you should always use an address where you control your private key when investing.
It will save you a lot of trouble in the long run.

Shit, we translators won't be paid in this coin, either bitcoin
Sergey ( Inchain) has not made it clear yet they would pay for the translation or not.Some days ago, he said that they are discussing on this, whether Bounty hunters would be paid or not?
Inchain has not dropped the project. It would be looking to launch this product without crowd funding now. I think, translations are still useful to Inchain and can be used at the time of launch after a few changes in it. Atleast translations should be paid up at launch, ( in my opinion).
Don't worry, there are still chances of you getting paid.

Ethereum escrow fees is much less than that of Bitcoin.
I like the refund process for Ethereum. It is well planned.

no need for pm, it will go like this:
- You have control over the private key you used to fund the ICO? just send tx to refund contract, similar to The DAO refund.
- You have control over the private key you used to fund the ICO? You also want the discount? Wait for email.
- You do NOT have control over the private key you used to fund the ICO? Wait for email.
Bitcoin escrow said that escrow don't take information about refund addresses from the ico company. They take information from Inchain, the whole purpose of escrow is destroyed .

I use tx data (sender, amount) from the escrow contract. For the discount/alternative refund addr/survey I need an email. I will use the data from Inchain if I may, alternatively, you can send me a signed message with your email.

If i am reading the comment correctly that means each investor are going to pay 0.01 Escrow fee so the people invested lower than this value will not get anything back. escrow fee is too big don`t you think so.
