Well up to step 3 was OK for me, however nowhere on those instructions say where the actual tokens would be switch to ethereum or where to trade them back.
The status was OK, and the account appear with the value of the ethereums, but there was no effective balance.
I wonder what is this instructions for wallet investors., if those are this ones, they just say how to send the tokens but not how to change it back to ETH.

But how can they refund you, they never said on their instructions. They only list you how to send the ICR to your account:

I have been able to see the tokens on my account and sent them to a different account, but there is not ETH, how do I change the ICR tokens to ETH again?

What if some ppl forgot to claim? There were always similar cases like i said. You and team confiscate the money?

I just got my refund today. Thanks SebastianJu. He is a trustworthy person.
I was one of the people who forgot to follow the refund rules and sent payment directly from exchanger without signing it. Provided him screenshots last month and he said I had to wait until after the deadline of Dec 25th to receive it cause he wanted to make sure no one else claims it. I got my refund after messaging him 1 day after Dec 25th.

The ICO fails that is why people are refunding their investment and to make it painful for the small investors they have to pay a 0.01 escrow and that should be shouldered by the ICO manager and not the investors the so called ESCROW have made a deadline in refunding your coins.

Did you read the post above? YOU have to make the transaction yourself. It will not just be send there. So please go and claim your refund by followig the steps described above.
