Dear Everyone,

This is Daniel, one of the four signatories verifying whether the developer team has reached their milestones and is therefore entitled to funds held in escrow by this Ethereum smart contract:
https://etherscan.io/address/0x162ac26e2f0fe036c3a3d370c118de0b6c883083
If and only if three of us sign off on disbursing a specific sum of Ether to a particular address will it happen. I am in exclusive control of the private key corresponding to this public Ethereum address:
https://etherscan.io/address/0xb7243b316a1ec31c2f75551d47460cc3317b9b68

Important disclaimer:
We do not and cannot take responsibility for the subsequent use of these funds, as they are the reward for the successful completion of development milestones. We do not and cannot take responsibility for the services provided by Inchain, their compliance with various rules regarding insurance as well as their handling of individual claims and overall probity.  Our role is limited to deciding whether or not the funds collected for the development of the software required to operate Inchain should be disbursed to developers or returned to investors depending on the completion of development milestones, after subtracting processing fees, including our rewards.

Is there a detailed plan about the amounts released at each milestone?
For example:
Milestone 1 - xxx ETH
Milestone 2 - yyy ETH
etc.

We need 2-3 days to finalize and approve it with every escrow. Then it will be published.

Don't you insure exchanges and wallets against theft?  If so, how will you prevent someone from claiming their coins were stolen when they were not.

Inchain intends to insure user's balances on exchanges/web-wallets against hack an entire platform (like Bitfinex).
Claims will be generated by Inchain oracles only: https://medium.com/@inchain/some-explanation-about-oracles-from-our-architect-andrey-zamovsky-www-facebook-com-nixoid-3921b0bc580c

Your question already asked, so let me give you link to that:

How will you prevent fraudulent insurance claims?

What do you mean by "fraudulent insurance claims"?
