what kind of legal form is your company, and where is it based?
I didn't read anything about it...

There is no company yet. After ICO ends we will register a company as a service provider for the Inchain DAO. Inchain DAO is not a legal entity.

In the model, the list of exchanges pointed as an example.

As I can see now the whole model is an example that could possible be implemented and could possibly not. Excuse me, I thought it was a real model, not an example. Why? Maybe because there were no writings like 'This is an example', 'Do not take it serious' or 'our future financial model is not defined yet', 'this is just a concept', etc.
I've read your blog post carefully, examined all the details, tried to verify your numbers. I spent some time studying it. And now it turns out this is just an example and your real financial model may be absolutely different.
You can consider me as your first fooled potential investor.
The only thing we know for sure about the model is that there will be some insurance for exchanges and web wallets. Please correct me if I'm wrong.

Hi, thank for the opinion.
You are wrong. This model demonstrates operational financial scheme of Inchain. As I wrote, the list of exchanges is an example, to understand what exchanges & web-wallets may participate in insurance process we need to finalise risk model and check every exchange & web-wallet to assess their risk rating. Only after that it will possible to decide which exchanges or web-wallets have enough risk rating to participate in Inchain insurance.

Side question: Have you got any bitcointalk signature campaign participants? If so, how many? If there are only few of them, will you still stick to the fixed 250k signature bounty? The reward could be disproportionately high for the effort.

Yes, campaigns stats here: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1ZDwUJeTStAzD4QtxM2gqNSaXm5LgMRgKUU0OXs9vEBI
Because of the campaign will active before the end of ICO we awaiting more participants.

That's quite a lot of participants actually. I assumed there were only a few as I rarely see anyone with inchain's signature.

The fact that you agreed on using escrow is reassuring. Have you already agreed on milestones, upon which the funds will be released?

Yes, but regarding last Inchain's concept changes we will change the milestones a bit to make them more frequently.

Also, both escrow providers seem solid, but your minimum ICO goal is set at ~2,780 btc, that's 1,390 btc for each of them. Although they are (very) trusted, none of them have ever held funds even close to such amount. Are you going to use multisig or will you let them fully control the funds?

We will use multisig 3-4 where 2 keys holds escrow, 1 key for me and 1 key for Dmitry.

Haven't followed this thread lately - have you managed to provide any proof of identity of any of the dev team? Perhaps any video interview etc?
Have you decided on escrowing funds? If so, any details?

Hi,

Yes, we already made 2 google hangouts, some fragment you can see here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=arYVrqo-ICI
Also, proof from Ambisafe: https://www.ambisafe.co/blog/inchain-announcement/

Next hangout is scheduled next Tuesday.

We have two escrow: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.16364022

Yes, we did not analyze exchanges yet. For this needs the finalised insurance model that is in progress. In the model, the list of exchanges pointed as an example.

From your financial model:

Quote
First of all, we analyzed the crypto services market to understand how much crypto services we can insure.

You did a great analysis. One of the exchanges is decentralized and can't be insured and another one is insured already.
