I would like to ask - if I join this ico right now and pay for example 500 usd, then i will get 500 tokens, 65000 dimcoins.
Token holders have some benefits like 30% of the fees --can I sell these 500 tokens to some other guy later so he will have the benefits?
Or I can sell only the dimcoins? May be I am stupid but your whitepaper is too complicated !

Its currently 1b for the ico, the rest is currently locked and/or used for bounty's and other incentive's
Its all written out in te whitepaper, page 38 if i recall correctly

Hi, we have not changed anything of our total supply. It is still 9 billion with 1 billion reserved for Tokens. 1 TOKEN = 100 DIMCOIN so our supply of 10 million TOKENS = 1 billion DIMCOIN.

It is not our intention to hold 90% of the Coins, we plan to send out as much as possible while keeping a stable price. The more coins that go out, the more net transaction fees are available for the TOKEN holders in respect to the market price. The DIM Foundation will hold 1.5 billion in reserve and 500 million in pre-reserve.
We don't need $90 million to justify our price. We justify this with the shares market cap we expect to have in a short period. Currently, we have $263 million market cap shares waiting to be listed on HYBSE.

That is actually the key reason why i decide to join in the dimcoin ICO. So far, it has a great presentation, ideas that is carefully craft out that is practically and useful, and what i love most is that it is not over optimistic about it own future. There is a lot of coins that claimed to be very successful because of its own structure but end up dev just dump the project and there is no progression regardless of how much potential it has.
Yes of course,all hope DIMCOIN project will be able to achieve success in the project and able to attract investors to invest in this big project, DIMCOIN team performance full of experience and ability enough to build a big project this, and supported by competent developer in The field.

Most times the amount in circulation doesn't matter. The community determines the price of the coins. I don't see the coin dumping so hard. They are building a wonderful community!

What you should care more is the bonus that the DIMCOIN offers for early investors.
Personally I think that the best way to invest in DIMCOIN is by purchasing in USDT which is the most equivalent to USD and has pretty much the same value.
