How difficault is it to create a smart contract? Usually having an ICO implies you have a developer (or a few of them) in the team. Can't they do it? I don't get why a new ICO team would need a help with smart contract. `only if a project is done by amateurs.

Entering the market is one thing, but succeeding is totally different..
I see there's a lot of projects to help the ICO management as well as ICO ratings. If you think about it, it can result in a much better invironment for the ICO market in general.
I'd rather use a professional consultation from an experienced investor, than get a free pump advice.
Even if this actually will be a set of templates to choose from, it's already a big help for the projects! And anyway, the end result depends on the concept and the team, not the website layout.

On average ICO projects spend 30-50% of funds on marketing. If CoinFast will provide enough marketing services, there won't be any difference for the investors.
