How do you plan to expand and support the PAVO community?

To support the development of the community, the PAVO community program will reward the Pavo ecosystem’s partners with the regular distribution of tokens through its Partner Rewards Program. In turn, each partner can motivate contributors to action by distributing rewards to participants in its own app or platform. This will support the growth of the Pavo network by driving users to receive, buy, use, and hold PAVO. Further, the program will issue grants to help bootstrap the coin's financial utility for early contributors. More information on this issue will appear a little later.

How many people are on your team?
Our team includes 12 professional members with years of experience, including:
● Allan Young, Pavo’s Co-Founder and Vice-Chairman, founder of a successful startup incubator
with years of experience in venture investments.
● Erhan Cakmak, Pavo’s CEO and Co-Founder, has more than 25 years of executive
management experience. He successfully developed several businesses from scratch into
multimillion dollar companies.
● Ari Gorman, Pavo’s CTO, brings more than 20 years’ experience in telecommunications and
related fields. Also the co-founder of Novatel Networks, he has spent the past 16 years
building the company through organic growth and acquisitions.
● Dave Dabbah, Pavo’s CMO, is a marketing, operations and business executive with over 15
years’ experience working with both startups and public companies in B2B and B2C markets.
● Atakan Cetinsoy, Pavo’s VP of Product Management, has 20+ years of hi-tech product
management and product marketing experience with both global brands and VC-funded
startups including Apple, Yahoo!, FedEx, Strands and Deem. Throughout his career, he has
repeatedly conceived, launched, and successfully commercialized software products in SaaS
software, machine learning, B2B travel, fintech and digital media verticals by leading
motivated, customer-focused teams.
● David Howard, Pavo’s VP of Corporate Strategy, has 20 years of Silicon Valley marketing
experience, in hardware, software and SaaS, including with companies such as Alcatel, Cisco
Systems, Platfora, and Salesforce.
● Basir Momand, Pavo’s IT & Sensor Engineer, has 30 years of experience in IT, Software
Development, VoIP and Infrastructure Planning. Moreover, he was CTO of Alliance Financial
after serving as the Director of Customer Service/Infrastructures for Global Investment Group.
● Mike Kwan, VP Business Development, has has 18 years of sales leadership and business
development experience in digital marketing, enterprise software, SaaS, and transportation.
He has been a part of 3 successful acquisitions during his time with Overture, Zipcar and
Flywheel Software.
● Bill Banks has 25 years of senior management, consulting, and entrepreneurial experience
across a range of financial technology, data, software, and financial services firms, with a
diverse background in finance, investments, wealth management, business strategy, and

Why was the pre-sale extended?
Two reasons:
1. Due to farm deployments in the queue, in Turkey and California, with the accelerating adoption we have in front of us.
2. We’ve seen great demand for an appealing project that democratizes agriculture. The minimum was lowered in order to enable a broader buying audience to participate earlier in our pre-sale. In other words, to similarly democratize the buying process too.
