Yes, SGD is a membership token - pure utility to gain membership. Most everything in the roadmap applies to members (
defined as those who have redeemed our initiation token for membership).
The privileges of membership are substantial: revenue share on projects, revenue share on memberships on any new tiers, voting privileges on SG matters, events admission privileges, collaborative opportunities with other members facilitated by SG and the inherent vetting process, lectures, mainstream crypto initiatives....down the road, an incubator for SG projects, advanced education initiatives, philanthropic initiatives, physical year-round 'home' for all members to use much like Soho House, and many other benefits that will be determined both by SG founders and by members as we build it out.
