I dont think Trustlogics team is going to do that, they are already ahead and their platform is almost ready. They already have ready applications in the apps stores.

Yeah I totally agree with you happydumper! some ICO after the token sale or they got the things they want to the people who invested on their ICO they just leave them hanging and you can't find them anywhere. I wish that Trustlogic won't do things like that! Let's hope for the best and the success of this project not only for investor but also for people who can get benifit after the launched of the project.

I just want to ask. What if I have something deficiency such as physical disabilities. Do I have also a different steps on applying using trustlogics application? Because I think person with disabilities are the primary concern whenever there is a company that hires employee.

Pwd still have a chance to work on some office and do office work like normal people do. I think that they still have a room for trustlogic to feature the jobs for disabled people. They are just like us grinding every day to give our family their food or needs and so I think they should have a chance to get a work not only on trustlogic platform but also in our community.

They will for sure have jobs like that also. Works that will not require physical activities like office works. Actually most of the jobs found online are typing jobs, or office works. All the time will sitting in front of your computer. That would be nice if Trustlogic will provide this kind of opportunity for the less fortunate applicants.

Well, not all company just look on the personal images or characteristics of every applicant, there are some company that even the persons with disabilities can also show their skills and specially the minds that they have and can contribute to the company.
But as of the top main priorities of the companies doesn't include those people with disabilities, but also it doesnt mean that they don't stand a chance, of course they do, it is just that they are not the priority as of now but sooner or later they will have their own time.

Why not we make a feature for them to work on and apply??
It is very promising that even disabled person gets a job by the use of TrustLogics Project.
We can hire disables in soft works line handcraft makings and other soft jobs for them to profit even they were disabled.

Have anyone here experience being a victim of illegal recruiters? or know someone who had been abuse by their employer? Or anyone here who have experience that their employer are not paying the mandatory benefits of employees like social security service or national healthcare as required by law? I believe that Trustlogics can also be a way to be able to help applicants in verifying this findings from such recruiters or employers who are not dully registered or have previous records of abuse with its employees or non-remittance of mandatory deduction and benefits of an employee. If this is possible with Trustlogics, not only it will bridge the applicants with the recruiters but also become a Trusted platform that protects its users welfare as well.

I have not experienced it personally but I have a few friends who have experience this and I was able to watch some employees who complains about their contribution on social security and other mandatory benefits not being remitted by the employers, hence they fail to avail of the said benefits during the time they need them particularly during calamity, or when they get sick, or even when they retire. It will be good if Trustlogics platform also offers to verify  recruiters data and validate if they are properly registered as a company. Many people in my country are actually underemployed receiving lower salaries as to their qualification due to high unemployment rate and lack of proper employers to who provide proper remuneration. It is due to this that most people would prefer to go abroad and apply as domestic helpers or engaged in their profession in other countries. I actually have a friend who receives a monthly salary equivalent to 1 year salary if he will work here in my country and its even tax free and he doesn't need to do overtime. It is really tempting to go abroad and apply for work there if you are only thinking about the salary. I think Trustlogics platform will be a door of opportunity for jobs locally and abroad as well as it is a global platform.

well there are some who had experienced this kind of tragedy, although i didn't experience this one, but i share the sentiment for them and their families. it is really heartbreaking but what else can we do? No doubt about this. Actually, they should be the priority in choosing people who can work for the company. If ever I will have a company, I will hire people with disability thru Trustlogics. Why? Because a person with disability (PWD) works harder than of normal people. They are more focus on what they are doing. This is a just observation.

I am just curious how will Blockchain helps on Trustlogics aside from being hack-free. Is it really an advantage to use this technology and be different to other recruiting systems. What if there is no blockchain in Trustlogics? What are the major effects of the application?

Aside from blockchain, Trustlogics will be providing high security to prevent hackers having access to users data. That being said, I believe that if a hacker is really determined to get in to Trustlogics, he will need to go and find away into multiple security measures placed by Trustlogics.

That is very good to know. It means that our data are really secured and nothing to worry that some hackers will find a way to steal them. I think we will never experience that someone will call us and offer us something like credit cards which is very annoying.    

With Regards to the sucurity of the datas that will be submitted of the job seekers to the recruiters of the trust logic project platform as well as the information that will be given the security and privacy of these are all secured. So there is nothing to worry about.

For me as an opinion they must add feature if the applicant is disabled for them to find out if the work is fit or not for them. Not all disabled cannot work so why we separate them??

I think I have to share you one case of disability employment so there will be a good example of how companies treat those disabled people. In our company, I know a lady who has an amputated leg because of bone cancer during her college days but our company did hire her. She is an accounting graduate, so she was hired as accounting staff. There is no issue because she really do her work and she is very good at doing this.

This is good, now job applicants can evaluate for themselves on what kind of possible employer he/she will get. This is very important for the family specially of overseas workers who would be left behind and are really worried for the safety of their love ones  who have leave them to earn money outside the country. somehow they can have peace of mind as the job applicant goes to his/her new journey of employment.

That is right, here in our country some overseas workers would not know what kind of work they get and sometimes what they apply is not the work that they get when they are in the country, because some agency not telling the truth about what kind of work they get. Some people live their dreams...destiny passes by.
Based on the ROAD MAP, their is a wide GAP from April 2018 where Trustlogics started its ICO sale, the next step is on May 2019 where Peer to Peer Hiring will be implemented. I am quite curious what are the steps to be taken by Trustlogics during May 2018 to April 2019. There is a period of one year that is not quite clear in the Road Map.

With all the development TrustLogics is hoping to apply on their platform, i think we are about to see Industry 5.0 being applied in their system.

Technology did impact the hiring industry leveraging the recruitment process through the current Industry 4.0 where the Internet of Things (IoT), Artifical Intelligence (AI) and smart technologies are woven together to make the hiring system efficient, savvy and cost-friendly.

Yet, i do think that TrustLogics do understand that Industry 5.0 is to bring human touch with hybrid systems such as hybrid chatbots where interactions are made by both man and machine to make if more effective.  That's why we see in the whitepaper that TrustLogics will be employing AI but still hands over the finality to the HR themselves.

It is really comforting to know that TrustLogics packs with them technological advancement yet not undermining the capacity of human intelligence to make the whole hiring industry truly effective.

Hello there! I think this is legit. HR and recruitment industries have evolved for the past 20 years, from paper-based application to digital-based system. And now, moving to business social networking site such as Linkln. Moreover, with the emergence of this well-secured Blockchain Technology  that revolutionized lots of industries, HR and recruitment is next. And it is happening now, here is Trustlogics!
Although trustlogics are very good platform today to make job easily  due to online  jobseeker are indemand,but is hard to pridect as of now if traditonal  way would be eliminate immediately,because in my country many area as of now will not aready internet connection,despite we use cellphone,,,maybe it takes time..
i am not quiet sure about this one, it doesn't mean that applying online or hiring online would reduce the jobless and could totally eliminate those paper-based application, well maybe it has a point, since this only covers the application form not the ones working on it. there are also some who needs to work physically while the other ones should work online or virtually. that is also why they need to categorized each lists depending to what is suitable for the users.

It really is amazing to see Trustlogics vision and putting the online job platform into blockchain technology. This will make it faster for people to find job and insure that the data they provide is secure. Trustlogics also offers to verify the data thru their partner validators. Thus, it makes it more convenient for employers to choose among the pool of applicants who will qualify for the job based on the standards and criteria they have set as well as the verified information that has been checked by Trusted validators.

Based on the ROAD MAP, their is a wide GAP from April 2018 where Trustlogics started its ICO sale, the next step is on May 2019 where Peer to Peer Hiring will be implemented. I am quite curious what are the steps to be taken by Trustlogics during May 2018 to April 2019. There is a period of one year that is not quite clear in the Road Map.

When a friend of mine shared the news about TrustLogics, I started browsing through this thread and search the internet to know more information. The platform is superb, but my primary concern is "How secured the data are in TrustLogics?"

We are glad to see you here and that we have the same interest. That's a good question though, Blockchain Technology makes Trustlogics secured. IF we will research about Blockchain Technology, we will appreciate it's capability to protect data especially to hackers who wanted to steal data from different systems.

The trust logic is a very amazing project, why?
Is it because of the blockchain technology that will let you as an investor have your own series of codes in every transaction and it is not just a series of codes
but the blockchain technology let your transactions in private and it is not easily be have by some hackers.
