I’m looking forward for this project to be implemented in my country since recruitment is one of the major problem in my country. They are making recruitment a business there.
Look at the picture, that is usual scenario when there is a job hiring. There are always filtration to the employees specially to those who are more familiar to the checker and interviewer. Yes, I know that applying for a job is really difficult and I called it as a survival of the fittest but look what happens to the jobseekers when they fail, they are just losing their time and effort from nothing.
Its hard to find a job specially if the luck is unyours.
But i also believe in saying that if the job's is for you then it's for you, we have the reasons why we are in that place or job... For me when im failed to the job i applied i consider it as challenge for me to keep on going and to keep learning, and thinking that the job is not for me and there's a lot of job out there waiting for me...  Grin
This is what I'm talking about, not the first applicants only was the eligible to be hired only but the skilled and the required worker that fits on the job. As an applicant we are also player who must take in the risk and advantages and disadvantages of the other applicants or player of the job. As an employer too we must also see the advantages of the applicants and not the attentiveness of it, like on the government they used to be attentive on entering in the morning and when they tap up the time in card they became slowly and slowly working. Were skilled base and hard worker not the attentiveness only.

Many people are shy in person and have the difficulty to express their views, but are extremely knowledgeable and have a
clear sense of explanation. Not having to interact in person makes them write and express their answers better in their convenient way.

How about this kind of cenario, Is there a chance to be hired.


Employers, recruiters and job applicants are urged to perform due diligence when offering, applying or accepting employment by requesting from each other references or any additional information needed to establish qualification and credentials so as to ensure an overall fit between employer and applicant.
Does Online job work check the background of their applicants? or choosing only what you want??
 
 

Most company would usually check on certain back grounds of job applicant, like educational background, employment history, criminal back ground, and if the work would be requiring the person to interact with clients like in hospitals and others, medical background is also requested to ensure that the job applicant is fit to work and is not carrying possible disease that could be transmitted to the patients. Psychological background is also requested on some cases to check if the applicant is in a good mental state to carry on with their duties. Those are the most commonly check on a job application.

It’s good to know that there are another project that made again with so many investors will surely like because of the advantages of it. Trustlogic will help human to find proper job that suited in their profession.
Main goal of the TrustrLogics Project is to give people quality and professional job national and international job with the use of new technologies and applications on android and ios phones. Nice job on TrustLogics Team can't wait to implement here in our country.
Is it true? TrustLogics will also offer international job? Well, it is too hard to trust for that one because a lot of money and documents needed just to work abroad. Job hiring will only happen kindinside of a country because it is more delicate to apply in a company where we don't know the existence.
Absolutely your right,,applying in traditional way is need too much expensive unlike to online jobseeker,although is hard to believe that truslogics will be implemented to hired also in international job ,,why not to give a chance and trust to trustlogics despite we have negative thoughts inside in our heart,,but the important rule is tried the other opportunity offered of truslogics blockchain technolgy,,

Trustlogics can also be the job portal for overseas jobs. Because it is the same process as with local jobs, the difference is that the employers are from other countries. The problem with this is to know if the recruiter is a registered and legal company so that there will be no issue.

I do believe that TrustLogics will have the same feature of a verified employer profile just as there are verified profiled for jobseekers.

If the verification will be one way against a jobseeker only, then the whole TrustLogics system might just collapse.

Otherwise, TrustLogics could impose a very strict registrstion process for recruiters.

Trust Logics has a unique platform,

Allows the candidate to access the ad anytime and anywhere with internet access,

Big bang again on December 2018 likewise on boom of BTC on last December 2017. If it was be implemented on between of December and May it will be exact for me to used in, because I will be graduating next year and maybe help me to find my job as fresh graduate.
