Very interesting project many special features to be applied and soon to be the solution of job hiring, unemployment and under-employment problems. But as a ordinary applicant and future user of this project, what makes this project so special that every job hiring websites and app doesn't have. I already knew the QR Feature, Peer-to-peer processes, and the security pattern features, Gimme some more interesting feature that you are the only one who have. Great Project though.

On a reputable employer's point of view, the HR department should take care of verifying the information on an application and in any case, if it's free for an employer then why not but if the employer would still have to pay, then the employer should just hire it's own PSV, just saying.
For the fees, it's the applicant who will have to pay in the platform. I'm not sure about the employers though, since the applicant already paid for the information on his profile, there's no mention of the employer having to pay.

Just new to this industry but I believe they used the term in the WhitePaper in relation to smart contracts as means of paying respective participants of the said transaction in case the transaction has been completed.

I believe there is no such thing as FREE service. You are actually always paying for a service, one way or another. For example, you avail freebies when shopping or getting services, you need to actually purchase something or do something before you can avail the promo items. Same with this platform, no point in being cheap because the main point is you would still have to pay.
I agree, it would be impossible, specially for this industry, to provide free service since there is really not much source of revenue or profit from the actual course of the business. What do you mean by PSV?

In the US, this term applies to those working in the health industry as MDs, DMDs and even CSWs and CPs. Health insurances where they apply to become accredited to needs to perform PSV and this is a long and expensive process.

There should always be a spacious room for any platform provider on this matter and that is exactly what TrustLogics aim to achieve.  And it does gladden me to see how TrustLogics will be imposing security measures on top of the blockchain technology where control is decentralized.

We might be looking at the most secured, trustworthy and reliable hiring platform till date with the introduction of verified profiles.

Add to that the possibility of our personal and professional data being circulated in places we don't want them to be in or being sent out to other third party platforms/applications without our explicit permission.

Sincerely, there's a lot of money for selling such information, and i do hope that TrustLogics will do good in their promised total control of users to their data and all these will never released to anyone without due consent.

Actually sir The unemployment  rate nowadays is not declining or decreasing but rather increasing and these unemployment issue has a big effects on the economy  of a certain states or countries in all parts of the world,  but thought the help of the trust logic project platform I'm. Sure that the unemployment  issue will be lessen soon.

TrustLogics could of course help increase employment opportunities, but this is not their primary goal.

Trustlogics can also be the job portal for overseas jobs. Because it is the same process as with local jobs, the difference is that the employers are from other countries. The problem with this is to know if the recruiter is a registered and legal company so that there will be no issue.

I do believe that TrustLogics will have the same feature of a verified employer profile just as there are verified profiled for jobseekers.

If the verification will be one way against a jobseeker only, then the whole TrustLogics system might just collapse.

Otherwise, TrustLogics could impose a very strict registrstion process for recruiters.

It is exactly the opposite in my place right now. They also have a jobsite here online. The site can accept as many jobseekers as they want with no fee as well as the employers can also advertise their position as much as they want but, the site holds the key to the profile of they jobseekers. They will display the name, photos, job experiences and skills of a jobseeker but they will hide the contact number and the email adds. What happens is, the employer who would wants a certain applicant has to ask his contact details from the site. He will have to pay some amount to the site for the details of the applicant to be disclosed. Good business. I was hired through that site by the way.

It is difficult to find the job of our dreams these days as well as finding clients especially if you are new to the field. So trust ratings are very important. But if you are a new player in the market, you do not have yet trust ratings. So a recommendation from a friend or known-relatives is a good start on taking clients.

No dude. The employer will not have to pay but it will be the jobseekers’ responsibility to get his data verified by hiring validators from Trustlogic’s partner validators. This way the jobseekers’ chances of being hire will not only rely in one employer but he can now have the chance to choose which work to take if all the employers asking for him will offer a job. So verification is good for the employers and also good for the jobseekers.

This unverified reputation or endorsement data was fed to advanced technologies like Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, which attempted to provide a 360-degree view of a candidate’s true skills and capabilities. But this was also foiled by the fact that there was still minimal access to an individual’s verified professional details to result in trusted reputation. Hence, recruiters end up relying on erroneous probabilities and extrapolations which add to the inefficiencies of the recruiting industry.

This failures led to Trustlogics hiring trusted validators that will manually check on and verify users’ data and build a trusted reputations on the user/applicant’s profile that will serve as a big factor to recruiters to consider and decide.
Oh. Thanks for this info buddy! I never knew that even AI and learning machine could not make it a 100% reliable assessment. It only means that no amount of advance technologies can replace human being. I would also doubt it if AI will do the assessment of my profile if it will be me.

Indeed there is no replacing human beings especially when dealing with Human Resource and Hiring Assessments.

But believe me, AI can play a vital role in filtering applications to minimize time and needed effort to shortlist qualified applicants (and i guess this will always be in a recommended manner so to say that recruiters can still go through candidates manually).

Take the popular social media platform Facebook as an example.  Have you noticed how they pop up people on your facebook telling you you might know them? That's AI in work, matching your facebook info such as name of school and year attended to create possible relationship links.

AI’s rule will just be for sorting out applicants resumes and that is already good but it is still best to one by one checking them by recruitment personnel after AI had sorted it out. About facebook, you are right. It is just filtering users through their locations, schools, places they’ve checked in and common friends. So keywords also is going to work in Trustlogics.
