2. Setting Permissions - Users can set permissions at personal details (technically, field) level and decide who-sees-what

Online job websites usually earns its profit thru advertisement and having premium account offers. Usually recruiters are charged to maximize the information and data gain from these job websites. Similarly I do believe that Trustlogic will be on the same path with this type of job website.

It's me again. I did create an account. Well there are a lot of information required so I'm not done yet. I think what is needed now is for you to safeguard our personal information. It can't be helped. Once you put your profile online it is susceptible to hacking and data mining.
