The developers really did a great job in thinking about this concept. I'm sure a lot more will be coming and itching to get a set inside this sleeping rocket ship.

Yes, you are right. Although it may somehow sound so simple, it really is in fact a very great concept because believe it or not, both this industry and the real world truly needs a big solution like this for the problems we currently have for getting credible employers or employees. This fact alone has led me to believe that this project will really be able to catch lots of attention from the masses and eventually be a successful project. But don't take it seriously, it's just my opinion.

I believe this project will not only solve unemployment problem but I think it will also resolve underemployment among qualified applicants. By Trustlogics, the data will be assured as reliable data and not a fake one. Jobseekers are expected to provide profiles that are suitable for the recruiters' requirement.

I think informations that would be given to trustlogics are those that are only necessary for the employment requirement, which is reasonable since your applying a job. If one thinks that trust logic is getting too much unnecessary informations from you, then just don't submit that details.

i agree, in job hunting , applicants give out vital informations that can help them get hired. and some sensitive details can just be given upon getting hired,. the important thing is, you have all the requirements to fill in the qualifications of the position a person is applying to. and honestly, No Company will ever tell you if they are going to sell out your info, its like asking a scammer if this is a scam.

Some info like mobile number will send you a code for verification. And you will need to check your email to activate the account you created. The usual details are required like personal bio and education, career experiences and any certificate you have. I have not fill up those portions yet. I think Trustlogic just answered No to a question if the personal info of its users will be sold to companies. I also had my doubt on this before reading the whitepaper and this forum. Its very assuring that Trustlogic is very active in answering questions.

I think this is feasible but it needs TrustLogics to form more partnership with other countries. I believe TrustLogics is currently in partnership with Republic of Suriname and Republic of Guinea. With the success of Trustlogics ICO we can see how this project will progress in the future.

Thanks for being responsive to my question. With this users can be confident that the personal information they provide will be safe and secure with Trustlogic. The control on the details that one applicant will show is a good feature. If a person is looking for a job I think its best to show all professional records and experiences in the Trustlogic Platform for recruiters to see your profile properly and choose you over other applicants. Actually, even without the help of the official video of TrustLogics, I can say that their whitepaper is easy to understand. There are no complex term and if it was, there are terminology where we can define the different terms such as jobseeker/recruiter. But things get me clear when I watched the video. In fact, there are also information that I understand more when I look at it.
I remember that TrustLogics will secure the data of the jobseekers. Well, it might be good because there are anomalies happen in the HR industry and one of it is using fake names and background of the people in order to apply in a given job.
