blockchain 4.0 is almost new only and it has no specific areas of problems to be upgraded or solve on the previous blockchain because the problems was not yet been confirmed to set up a new generation of blockchain, it only creates demand because of much advance technology. Otherwise this problems in both blockchain 2.0 and 3.0 has fully known.
Blockchain 3.0 is in the process and surely it will be better and provide great benefits, as well as the blockchain 4.0 is definitely created with higher technology and create demand.
