We will see ICN growing only in 2017. because it should gain users first and users should like product. After that it can grow, before it's high risk project to invest in.

Remember invest only if you can loose it. Also before investment, do proper research and try understand purpose of project and market size!

I do. Only thing that shouldn't happen is if ETH completely dies, that would be a slight problem I guess.

Ethereum network is 50MW and has more full nodes than Bitcoin network does. Seems to be doing very well for now.

I don't know how the Serenity update with the switch to Casper proof-of-stake will play out. Good thing about it is the inflation rate is supposed to be cut down substantially. Not sure what will happen with all that GPU hashrate having to switch to other coins though.

In my opinion I think Iconomi is good project and we should give them time .Iconomi will be 25 dollar each but not now I think in 2018,so buy and hold and then you will going profit a lot.

when Microsoft or other corporations pay dividends, to their stock holders, is always monthly/quartal/annually in dollars....
they will never pay the dividens in more stocks...

Like i wrote ... the dividends will be paid in ETH because the smart contract for the distribution is only paying in ETH, because ICN is an Ethereum based Token!

And I think the ICONOMI team mentioned there will be an option where you can automatically let your ETH dividends been sold at the ETH/ICN price at that time. So you will automatically will receive ICN if you wich!

How can ICN pay dividends in ICN if there's no inflation? The trolling here is out of control.

I think it would be a good idea for Iconomi to integrate a conversion utility built right into the platform (like shapeshift but also offering fiat) and charge fees for every transaction. A lot of people would want to convert that ETH into BTC or other currencies right away and this would be very profitable to do if they choose to do it onsite.

That's what I meant. I read ICONOMI will also build a platform where you can buy and sell ICN for ETH. No direct dividends in ICN.

If ETH dies, and that's a biiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiig "if", ICN can easily move to the Next Best Blockchain.
There are many options: Lisk, Waves, CounterParty, etc... or some totally new Blockchain in 2017

Exactly, ICN is fixed at 100m coins FOREVER. Where do you expect them to get more ICN for Dividends?
That's why Dividends will be paid with ETH.
Plus ICN operates on ETH blockchain, which is perfect for Dividends payments in ETH.

They could get them the same place they get ETH; the open market. I'm not saying they should but why are people saying this is impossible?

I am pretty sure that in the future we will be able to exchange ICN, ICNX, ICNP and ETH on the Iconomi platform. I think the team behind Iconomi stated that they might offer an option to automatically sell your ETH dividends for ICN for the current market price on their website.
