I'm confused how distribution of ~3000 transactions could be done in 15 minutes.
Any estimate on the total amount of gas it will take to distribute the ICN?

We have 3.5k investors + 3k bounty hounters. A bit of overlapping. All together 6k accounts with non zero balance.
Not all did input their eth address. Many (especially account with smaller amounts) are going to leave their ICNs on our platform. That is the reason 15mins should be enough.
Gas usage. ~100k per address. If we do if now that's close to 100m gas. Half of it goes to "if balance already assigned checking" - but is worth it. This needs 100% accuracy. 99.999% one if not enough.

I just set up 2FA via SMS yesterday but when i try to login there is no code was received.
I heard of 3 cases of that I think. Can you write to [email protected] - please include your phone number and who is ur mobile operator. But if you received it first time then should be no issued delivering SMS 2nd time. We're using Twilio for this.

It seems that we have different kinds of investors with different levels of knowledge and familiarity with tools. Certainly those with less knowledge and experience need more time to prepare themselves. We will persistently remind our investors about the necessary steps to deal with ICN tokens.
I have to admit we have overestimated our investor’s familiarity with the tools needed. This is related to the use of ETH address in wallets and exchanges. It seems we have lot’s of newcomers, fiat investors, that need much more instructions and step-by-step guidance with additional alerts that need to be added.
On Thursday, October 13 for the same purpose a test-it contract will be deployed on mainnet where every investor will get 1 ICN + actual decimals of your ICN. So for example if you have 69323.0822184235 ICN you will receive 1.0822184235 ICN on your ICONOMI test-it contract for you to check access with your private keys. We have decided to do that for all those users new in crypto to prepare themselves for Tuesday, October 18. With the availability of real ICN contract, the test-it contract will be self destructed.

It's really boring 
It's depend from which side you're thinking from.if you want a super fast service with full of problems/bugs then it's really boring.if you need a perfect smooth launch you have to wait for the situation to be solved out.ICONOMI can't make any early wrong decision because there is a liability of 3500+ people and over 10M USD! Great news! Just a few hours!
