For Pre-Sale, there were proper registrations & KYC process. The minimum amount was 100 ETH with the cap of 14000 ETH. It got over pretty quickly.
The Token Sale starts on August 8th. It has no minimum. The Token Sale is neither advertised to nor open for US residents though.

They are both. They promote as well as sell some part of tokens. They are exclusively available & pretty popular in China.
Though with a slightly creepy name, I'm sure it's an interesting project, they will not make us into zombies, right ?, really interesting idea, I hope this project continues to grow, I wait for bounty of INDORSE

Great project, I believe it will have a good future. I think the hard cap will be collected during the first week. Judging by the fact that pre-ICO tokens were sold out very quickly.
