any updates?
i think this coin should stay alive.
I think the main reason why china is active here is IFC is the biggest "LTC" market if i am correct.

Find a new DEV, take a snapshot of the chain and make it redeemable into a new Blockchain and GO POS only.

no one actually cares.

There are still some of us that do care.  Many IFC fans are in China as far as I know.  Unfortunately I don't have the coding skills to convert IFC to PoS but it seems a good idea to help secure the coin.

It seems what the low price Infinitecoin it's bad.

At such a low POW reward and lowest price, another fork can happen at any time..

I think that the main problem is too many coins in the system

It would be better to go POS only

Hi - Does anyone know what the current status of this coin is? I went to the forum on its website and it appears to have been over run with some Russian spam master? Are techshare / JCretirement still involved? is there a new dev? Just looking for some current info. thanks!

Infinitecoin is a pretty significant coin,
$29,500 trading volume over the last 30 days at Cryptsy

estimated altcoin inflation or total supply over the next 10 years?

the information is needed for http://alt19.com/19/cryptocurrency.php

thank you

I had to add
Code:
mininput=0
to the conf file for solo mining.

The default value for a minimum transaction (0.01 IFC) is lower than the block reward,
so the block reward did not show up in the wallet during mining.

Took me some time to find out, any idea what happens to the block rewards of the found
blocks that were blocked by this low threshold setting of the wallet?

The block explorer at http://exploretheblocks.com:2750/chain/InfiniteCoin/ is back up and running after being down for a while.

I've just noticed that Infinitecoin is the 3rd most traded coin at jubi.com according to coinmarketcap http://coinmarketcap.com/exchanges/jubi/ .  Seems the Chinese really do like IFC.
