Yes, it's a must but you have up to 3 months to swap them on novaexchange.
Just to make sure, a swap needs like 1 second.
1. Send your INSANE coins to novaexchange.
2. Once you have your INSANE coins in nova wallet (need some time) click
3. https://novaexchange.com/coinswap/129/ (coinswap)
4. Choose "Max coins" and click swap.
5. Now you have INSN coins and you can withdrawal them. (Notice: You need to download new wallet and generate a INSN address)

LOL This says it all..I had to pick up more INSANE'S from Yobit to turn into INSNS..would be humongously INSANE not to..I will download the INSN wallet in the morning and join the Slack and get more INSANELY involved.
