Thank you for much for the reply. I also found that NOVA does not function properly on chrome and it works perfectly on FIREFOX so I changed browser and it's all fine. Just waiting now to withdraw and download wallet to make the masternodes..
NOVA works fine on Chrome BUT you have to force refresh the page completely (Ctrl+F5) to ensure you keep it working. I've not tried it on any browser other than Chrome but I have noticed Nova isn't the only exchange that gives me this issue.

It must be something related to caching. A couple of times I had a similar problem with the chat not loading.
Cleaning cache (maybe cookies also, not sure) solve the problem.
i LOGGED INTO nova BUT CAN'T SEE THE TRADES FOR INSN, are the trades stalled? I see just 0 in both sell and buy and nothing of past history and also withdrawals for INSN frozen. I was away from home so hadn't logged into NOVA for a few days.

You. Must send your INSANE coins to Novaexchange.com INSANE wallet, then go to Account->Coin swap, click on INSANE to INSN select all your coins, click swap. That's it.

Having INSN coins basically locked at Nova is a pretty good strategy in altcoinland. Can't make rush decisions, late night under influence trades, FOMO - INSN has turned into the physical gold storage of the crypto world
