Hi all, PMs replied to  Wink

Base reward = (TotalSupply - AlreadyGenerated) * 2-19 * 10-8

can someone do an example calculation for this? were at block 3614 with 1893.xx int per block.

so lets say right now there's roughly 6.8million coins in circulation of the 999481516 total supply

I exclude the 150million coin premine right?

not sure what the 2-19 and 10-8 are since nothing im doing works

thanks

Hey AltsBoom, please note it is 2^-19 x 10^-8. Here's a screenshot of the Excel formula, and a printout of it:

Code:
=(99948151623421300-1-B2*10^8)*2^-19*10^-8

Yes, but I would like to get 4600 coins that have disappeared no one knows where.
And only Dev can help me with this.

kollom, I'm sorry I really would like to help you but I can't say I completely understand your issue. It looks like based on your prior screenshot you were mining on a non-Intense hosted pool - therefore only the pool owner can help you. If you had coins marked for payout but they never came, or you had them then they disappeared, it was due to the pool you were mining on forking. This is something I mentioned as a potential consequence of unstable pool code. Either way, I would strongly suggest contacting the support for the pool you were mining at.

awesome response valiant! you're an articulate respectful guy, I'm looking forward to this coins bloom.

would you be open to linking that sheet publicly? would save me the time of making one myself

thanks for clearing this up for me

WARNING!!!!
THIS POOL SCAMS
http://intensecoinpool.sytes.net/

THIS POOL RAN 2 hours YESTERDAY WITHOUT CREDITING !

SUDDENLY POOL OPERATOR HAS A HUGE BAG !

SCAM!!

+1
I mined on this pool blocks 3200-3301 with 1MH/s and got paid ZERO coins. I have two transactions that show up as unconfirmed for many hours, could be forked blockchain or what? Please avoid this pool and "Dr.Lecter" - pool operator, who would not respond to my messages unless Dr.Lecter responds here to clarify the situation to restore the trust in his pool.

I mined on it for some time with no problem -- but my last two small transactions are both un-verified & have been for some time. So there is some sort of issue.

SCAM!!

I mined on this pool blocks 3200-3301 with and the last 2 payments did not make it into my wallet showing up as unconfirmed for days (at the time of updating this post we are on block 5814). Please avoid this pool and "Dr.Lecter" - pool operator, who is unwilling or unable to fix the issue by resetting the wallet and resending the payments. If they fix this issue I will update this post.

This coin is getting intense.  Grin

Everyone should understand that this coin like many is a work in progress and multiple hiccups will be encountered along the way. So far the Dev has been very transparent on the problems encountered. We just have to be patient and hope things gets better along the way.

That's got nothing to do with the dev of the coin. That is claymore miner developer taking his cut for using his miner.

If the devs can pull this off, this will be an amazing project. There are already a bunch of ICOs etc that promise similar things, but this would be a fair launched, open source decentralized VPN. The possibilities are huge, with development, you could even have clients not just for desktops but for phones, etc. This could be like SIA but for VPNs.

Regarding the official Intense Pool: http://intensecoin.com/pool2/

Please note that ALL IntenseCoin pools are currently unstable until pool API code is patched to resolve issues with orphan blocks and payment issues.
Our pool is no exception, and as a temporary workaround, the pool is being restarted every 2 hours. Use hashing power with extreme prudence.

Any shares sent to the server will be recorded. When it restarts all of those shares for the block will continue as long as another block wasn't mined in the interim. Which is unlikely to happen considering the hashing power across the network outside of pool2
When it's restarted no data is lost, everything is preserved.

Can somebody advise if I can recover coins from wallet 1 after creating wallet 2 ?
Long story short I have started mining on original wallet that was with "intensecoin.exe". I mined for approx 24 hours and then decided to create another wallet by clicking "File" > Create new wallet.
Now I can see only new wallet. There is no old wallet address visible and I cannot retrieve those coins that were sent to it. I did not delete anything, just wanted to create another wallet to compare how many coins I can mine on other pool. Already tried opening both wallet files that are there, but it doesn't give the old address to retrieve my coins...

Guys,

please be careful and only invest what you can afford to lose. We have warned about external pools that are not validated yet. That's why we haven't add any external pools to the OP yet.
