Last block found "about an hour ago" according to the pool. No blocks no maturity no payment.
Also why poll hashrate is bigger than NET hashrate - LOL?!

Can someone explain to me what classify as Low End, Mid Range and High End hardware? Please!

< 150 H/s (CPUs like celeron/pentium/i3, mobile junk) => Port: 3333
150-2000H/s (i5/i7/Xeon, slow gpu rigs on 750ti/1050/1050ti/rx550/rx460/rx560) => Port: 5555
2+ kH/s (fast gpu rigs on 1060/1070/1080/180ti/rx470/570/480/580) => Port: 7777
That's device speeds, not your total speed from all the devices (e.g. 5 huge rigs at home, one ship celeron at work - these must use separate ports).
