That is really a promising project. I have read all of their whitepaper and according to the planning at there I am now too much interested to invest in this project. I will put much of my money in this ICO in the first days to get at a very lower price and will hold them for a longer period. I am sure that my investment in this project will give me a huge return like I got from some other projects in which I invested. From what I've seen here, reading about InsurePal and how they are marketing this project, I can truly say that they have high probability of success. But one trick that I've learned here is that sometimes buying in the first exchange (usually etherdelta for this type of token), is better as sometimes they have cheaper price at the start. But I don't know if that will be applicable to IPL also.
