running Linux, just updated the daemon but when I started the wallet my balance is zero. I thought the update was not going to affect the balance of the wallet, does anyone know what's up ?

Update:
I checked all incoming_transfers and I see transactions but my balance is still zero, do I have to wait for daemon to sync, or is there something else?  Huh

Me to. I'm using the new daemon and my balance is now showing 0. Any thoughts on this?

If you're running linux and your wallet is showing a zero balance and you didnt modify your wallet in any way nor did you make any transactions that would lower your balance, then you need to install the following from mine77:
Mine77.net/iridiumd
Mine77.net/simplewallet

Next, lauch the daemon then wait until it is fully synch. Afterwards run the wallet and run the command "reset". That solved my problem big ups to iridium-dev and another chum on SLACK for the help.

Thanks for the heads up. I did this and it partially helps. When I "reset" the wallet the first transaction it pulls in is from block 6406. I've been mining since the beginning of this coin, so, the balance I now see is less than 10% of what it should be.

UPDATE 1: I'm mining on mine77's pool and have received a payout just now, so, the system is working, however, I'm missing a boat load of transactions. I can still see on the mine77 website the payouts sent to me prior to block 6406, so, they're still there somewhere, but they don't show up in my wallet.

UPDATE 2: Solved my problem. I needed to start completely from scratch, removing everything except the wallet file. Then resyncing the block chain and using "reset" on the wallet brought back all my coins.

@Romka_Kharkov

If you go to the 'pool blocks' section of you pool, you'll see that the maturity depth requirement is 20 blocks.
This means that 20 more blocks have to be mined in order for you to get your share of the block reward.
This might take some time.

Do not fool him, if a block is found, and if he is successfully sent shares, the proportional part he is assigned to is immediately visible.
His question gets an accurate and clear answer, do not pick up posts if you like ..

I honestly wasn't trying to fool anyone, I only wanted to help.

what exactly is wrong in my answer?
My understanding is that if the pool mines a block, the miner doesn't immediately get his share of the reward until the block is matured? am I wrong?

I will remove my answer if you think it is confusing.

That's true!
Answering is the same as expressing the opinions of each person in accordance with what he knows, do not blame an opinion, but appreciate that opinion, good or bad opinion all depends on our assessment of the opinion itself, here we only compare, assess, and choose from some opinions of others, if the opinion is good let's support, if less well let's correction together and give solution.

This fortune for the users of LINUX OS.
It should!, if the post is in this forum, it means public property there are no certain restrictions, but you limit it only to the users of certain OS only, this is very unfair.
If you think this restriction is appropriate, you should post it on your blog or website.
Ok Dev, good luck with your mining project.

What the fuck are you talking about?

I've applied a fix to the as directed by mine77 and blocks appear to be unlocking now, payments are being sent out.

I will need to investigate how the pool software will handle the crediting the "orphaned" blocks, if it does at all. It would be very painful to reverse engineer the database to determine how to fairly payout hashrates per-block.

It sounds like mine77 is manually calculating the payments the be made, so he might have some tips for you.

Stop by the slack if you're not on it already

Mine77 is fixing this pool bug, we will report when it is fixed and send you updates on how to fix. All pool payments are being stored in pool wallet, so nothing is being lost.

I find it hilarious that due to the nature of IRD we can never know if all payments are stored on the pool wallet's address Cheesy

irdpool .tk is on the new node, the pool software has been updated to clintar fork, pool fee is 0%.

The pool is empty at this moment in time, please considering decentralizing.

Just waiting on mine77 to configure his pool, the blocks are NOT orphaned, they are appearing on seed nodes and in the explorer, it's just his pool has had a malconfiguration with the new core, so it just needs a quick fix.
Was there a major change that requires reconfiguration on other pools as well?

I believe so, since your blocks are appearing as orphaned as well, when they are not. Are you receiving block rewards to the pool?
Yes, the pool's wallet has gotten at least one matured block deposited to balance.

Please fix the problem on the pool because the blocks all appear as orphans and no credit in balance ...
To be quite honest I'm at a loss how I'm supposed to fix this issue. I can only assume the node is reporting incorrect information to the pool software due to a bug in the new node code. I don't think this is something that would be fixed within the pool code, but rather in the node. I personally do not have a hand in the code, that would be iridiumdev and mine77 (who is on another pool fork, also reporting orphaned blocks).
