It says in WP that Karvuon LLC is going to develop the Blockchain Data Center for the additional revenues. Does anybody know what are these “additional revenues” for?
they say they want to mine on green energy but they have a lot of coal and they will use it also. What’s the point in all of this?
it is an initial revenue stream

The idea is promising, and I think if it is brought to the industrial level it will be very popular. But on the other hand, a power plant is an overwhelming cost, you need a staff of power engineers, and you also need to hang up mining equipment on them, for some reason.
whats Karvuon’s Industrial Park?
a power plant with a capacity of 200 MW and an annual energy generation of 1 752 000 MWh and solar and wind farms with a capacity of 100MW with an annual energy generation of 876 000 MWh.
why do they need so much money?

by the way, central bank of Mongolia issued a license recently:)
What do you mean? What license have they issued exactly?
Did you mean "the lincense for KVT"? Should cryptocurrencies have a licence to be operated in Mongolia?

Due to cheap electricity in China, large mining farms are often located near hydropower plants.
Just keep in mind that with the great potential of the terrain for the construction of hydropower plants, it is technically impossible to technically implement such a project. In some cases, a sheepskin will not be worth the dressing.
I’ve been studying this topic for a long time (power engineer by occupation), in world practice there are already underwater hydro generators that can be lowered into the water stream and fixed. The cable along the cable is brought ashore, where the stabilizer control cabinet stands. But they are expensive in price and probably in operation.
The Austrian Hydromining project at the ICO has already raised more than $ 2 million and this is not the end.
Just watch, or participate too.?

This meetup will be held only 3 days before the IEO start, the last opportunity to remind about the Karvuon before it.

One of the most stable and spent sources of electricity is hydropower.

what a perfectly reasonable approach
Surely there are some combined solutions where the house boiler can heat up from electricity (like a boiler) and gas. It’s clear that it’s cheaper to warm up with gas, but if electricity, in addition to heating, carries out some other useful activity (even not necessarily mining), then it may come out cheaper, and maybe it will also bring profit
but if electricity besides heating will carry out some more useful activity (not even necessarily mining), it may come out cheaper, or maybe it’ll bring profit
