Karvuon project shouldn't use all the huge potential for the bitcoin mining only, this energy has to be used for many sectors.

Are solar panels or windmills the most economical and environmentally friendly?
The most environmentally friendly are tidal power plants. In fact, they transform the kinetic energy of the change in the Earth's rotation speed, associated with the influence of changes in the positions of the Moon and the Sun relative to the Earth. Theoretically, such power plants should slow down the Earth’s rotation, but the effect will be noticeable, I believe, only in a couple of billion years (when the Sun will gobble up the Earth anyway). Windmills are harmful in themselves because they generate very powerful infrasound - birds and animals around die, and people have all kinds of arrhythmias and problems with internal organs
Do the Dutch do not seem to complain about windmills, or do they really have a wave of diseases of internal organs?
Well that's not my theory

Cryptocurrency enters our world with a wide step, soon everyone will have cards with crypto, which we will pay in fives and fours. It is interesting that in many countries development is proceeding in parallel, and thanks to high technologies, countries will be able to learn from each other almost instantly.
Crypto debit cards everywhere would be great, but here the question is about energy sector and cryptocurrency mining, nothing more.
Blockchain and cryptocurrencies are becoming useful in many ways and energy sector is not an exclusions, that's it.

It has long been known that the cheapest mining in China, especially taking into account the fact that miners, possibly also the Chinese government, subsidizes electricity costs. The Chinese do not particularly care about the environment, so they built thermal power plants that heat coal, and coal is one of the cheapest sources for generating electricity

I heard that for now 98% of energy in Mongolia is being produced from the coal power plants. I hope Karvuon will change this situaltion.

Do you have any forecasts about crypto prices in 2020 and further? will the Bitcoin mining remain profitable?

by the way, central bank of Mongolia issued a license recently:)
it’s a pity that only for investors, of course, but the step is still in the right direction
This is progress, it pleases that even Mongolia joins the cryptocurrency industry, a country where innovative technological development is very poorly developed.
"Even Mongolia". Many African countries, Venezuela etc. are implementing cryptocurrencies to help the economics grow.

Ecologists will soon be connected, greenpeace against cryptocurrencies
It would be better to give an economic justification in which region it is most profitable to mine based on the price of electricity

This is due to the fact that the Ethereum platform runs on more energy-efficient algorithms.
energy-intensive rather than energy-efficient

more energy is spent on cryptocurrency mining than the whole of Iceland consumes
Now, researchers have found that mining bitcoins and ether alone, not counting the mining of other cryptocurrencies, consumes more energy than a country like Jordan, Iceland or Syria
People are not doing business but calculations
Icelanders in feverish calculations about whether it is worth encouraging the transfer of mining power to their country Grin Well, what can we say about such studies that they do not reach the level of the Nobel Prize
what is the use of this calculation? You can calculate how much energy is spent on maintaining indoor ice rinks (especially in hot countries) and go nuts. What's the point?
In global warming! And, by the way, it’s not a fact that in hot countries such skating rinks really exist and at the same time real ice is used there, and not artificial. But the medal always has two sides. Of course, the crazy (and essentially meaningless) conversion of clean energy (electricity) into entropy (heat) is not good, but it should still contribute to progress both in the field of electricity generation and in the semiconductor industry
