You are correct.  Unfortunately, privacy is in short supply these days.  We need to restore OUR right to be private humans and only share the information that we choose.

Its very good to have a coin thats not overly mined and with mining switched to PoS as this will help with global distribution giving the chance for common people to mine it by Just staking coins on wallet.

KORE has enough tech/projects to create 4-6 ICOs.
Perhaps in the future we could spin one or more of the projects off into their own business or entities.
The point I'm making, KORE is working on these projects and are at different stages of development.
How many coins are there with just one feature pushing an ICO with nothing even built yet?
ICOs for a large part are the next wave of coin scams.
So I ask investors and the Community, What value do you put on the KORE projects?
We know there are the shell shocked disbelievers and those claiming we are not the real deal.
For those that know me and the developers of our projects, they know that is not the case.
I too had my unfortunate experiences with failed exchanges,
scam coins and corrupt devs some of which had stolen my ideas besides what I call a theft of my investment.
In the coming weeks we hope to alleviate much of that concern.

Great articles MikeMike, that shows just the tip of the iceberg with the digital revolution people lost their whole privacy along the way, this is one the things that motivates us to push the boundaries of blockchain technology and much more harder than ever, this should be people's technology open and acessible to all as it will change the world.

The Kore team is looking to address all of those privacy problems we are all dealing with and give something really good in return for all of us and all of the pieces of this puzzle are starting to fit in.

Your money, msgs and comms are just yours and doesnt concern to anybody else, no tracing and decryption will be allowed to put it in simple words.

The Team was hand picked, vetted, signed an NDA, most are fully doxed and known personally.
The NDA requires ones conduct themselves in Integrity, Honesty and Honor.
KORE Team is not your typical coin Team that runs away, P&Ds the coin
or conveniently disappears for weeks to manipulate the price.
We have a long term vision and those improper actions,... even some major coins do
is not a long term strategy. People figure it out, as I did...
Oh, and none of our accounts are bought which some leading coins
buy high ranking accounts to make themselves look good.
Anyone on the Team that starts to reach for the "Blue Pill" again, we try and grab by the collar. If they continue,
they are cut from the Team by default for breaking the NDA tenets of Integrity, Honesty and Honor.
(Need to watch the movie called "The Matrix" to understand the "blue pill" reference.)

These scam devs, thieves and dis-honorables caused the creation of me and our Team and KORE Projects.
So I have them to thank for doing such a terrible job that hurt thousands of decent people
it motivated me and others on the Team to do it right,...we are and will continue to do it right.
People will find I have no toleration for liars, thieves, manipulators, corrupt speculators,
psychopaths, sociopaths nor people with hidden evil/controversial/childish agendas.
The Crypto space is full of them...

Tor Servicenodes and KORESurf Tor Browser as shown work good!
Still nailing down the PBX/SIP VoIP.
Would be easy to just throw it in the wallet and close source it.
Trick is doing it right.

This is my first time downloading the wallet, do i need to do anything to sync?

I am on a Mac with the new OS X wallet version 2.2.1.0

It has been open for about 12 hours and i have "0 active connections to Korecoin network"
