Hey Dargo,
a friend whom I recommended Kraken wanted to do his first BTC withdrawal (less than 0.2BTC) 11 days ago. This withdrawal was set on-hold, he created a ticket (#219305) but neither he received a useful response to this (only "we are busy...") and the withdrawal is still stuck.

Could you please push this somehow, since waiting 11 days for a withdrawal is a no-go.

Problem still exists. Ticket has been answered, but did not help. It would be good if someone could push Ticket #234225.

If your country regulation ask you to report your profit from bitcoin trading and if you're using kraken, be carefull to no trying to cheat your taxs report guys, specialy with this exchange

@ the people who have "on hold" problems for their withdrawals, have you looked in your mail again? I just did a withdrawal of USDT and i got the email with "If you requested this action, great, it was successful" in it, so i assumed that the transaction was complete (and as far as i can remember my withdrawals have always been complete after receiving this email), but then noticed the status changed to "on hold". Two minutes after the first email, a second email arrived with "approval required". It may be that some of you have made the same assumption as i have after reading the first email. So just in case check your email again if the withdrawal status changes to "on hold".

I just submitted a ticket, because I honestly do not get withdrawal limits.

I am way below daily and monthly limits.
I have some bucks to withdraw (still way below the limits)
And it tells me:

Maximum withdrawal: 14.61 EUR

Which is like 2 orders of magnitude below funds (and 3-4 orders of magnitude below limits)?

Do you have open orders? If you have buy orders then those EUR are locked. You need to cancel the order.

You have some open orders) but the amount locked in is much less than your ballance? I know they had a withdrawal limit 'feature' in the past.

Basically it's like this (no fees for simplicity):
- You have 2000 €.
- You put a limit buy order for LTC for 1000€ at 10€/LTC.
- It gets partially filled (990€) and you keep it open.
- Your balance is now 1.010 € and 99 LTC

It would be logical that you can withdraw 1.000 €, because 10€ are still locked for the open buy order. Wrong! You can only withdraw 10€ because they used the initial full sum (1000€) as the amount locked in open orders. It's stupid, but that's how it used to work.

Close the open orders, withdraw and then open them again. It always worked for me.

Has anyone noticed that you can disable the Two-factor Authentication for withdraws without having to type the old key, or the master Two-factor Authentication key even if you have it enabled.

I think I may have found your request, but if so it already had a reply days ago and if you didn't get that then there is some tech issue that prevented if from being emailed or maybe it landed in your spam folder. Since you refuse to provide the request number, please try logging directly into https://support.kraken.com/hc/ and checking your requests there (under "Kraken User"). If you made multiple requests, some of them may be merged into other requests, so you may have to check a few of them to find the one we replied to.  
Yes i did get an email. Did you read it? The person who wrote it said they weren't able to deal with the issue, and that they will get a 'trade specialist' to look at it. So.....

which I took to mean that you hadn't received a response from support at all. Unfortunately it looks like we are back to square one, because the ticket I thought must be yours makes no mention of a 'trade specialist'. I'd love to help you, but since you refuse to give me the ticket number, there's nothing more I can do at this point. Hopefully you will hear from us soon and if not I guess you can keep posting updates about how you haven't had the response you expect in X days. But this doesn't really show much except that, yes, it is sometimes possible for a support request to get lost, overlooked, accidentally solved, etc. If 100 days pass and you still haven't heard back from us, it is just one experience out of many many thousands that support has helped in that time and can't be taken as representative at all. Again, I'd love to help you out, but can't do so without the ticket number.
Correct. That was the intention.

So last update.....after 16 days from first sent support ticket, i get 10,000 magic Kraken tokens appear in my account. I should be pleased, i guess. Its about $18 more than you owed me.
But firstly, why cant i be credited back to my account, what you managed to lose, and subsequently, write-off at my expense? Is this what unregulated crypto exchanges are entitled to do?
And secondly, where is the supporting communication? Is it really too much to ask that your, "working fine", ticket system cant handle the common courtesy of telling clients what went wrong and what you are doing to resolve your mistake?
No explanation, no apology, no nada.

Is there still support at Kraken? 10 days now and my ticket is still not even updated from someone to get info if the issue is being worked on, nothing?

Anyone having issues with the support on Kraken? Do you guys know any way of contacting them except their ticketing system as that is not working as it seems.

The ticket system is working fine, but we are overwhelmed with requests right now and not able to reply in a timely manner. If you post your request number I can ask support to take a look.
