New page is looking good but I hate that everytime this stupid video shows. And also I liked that I typed kraken.com and could see current rates. Now I need to type kraken/charts and this is a little annoying. But this is just my opinion.

But in part at least that's a testament to our low bank fees for SEPA transfers.
Arent Fidor EUR transfers absolutly free?
Yes I guess all SEPA transfers from Fidor to everywhere in EU are free. The 0.09€ is maybe just to covering other costs, like account management fees or something like that?

while Fidor to Fidor transactions are cost free, kraken charges 0.09€ per fidor withdraw.

Glad to hear you are enjoying our service and thanks for the feedback!

Regarding 1), I believe the devs are considering lowering the number of required transactions, but nothing has been decided yet. Regarding 2), I think it's time that we reconsider the bitcoin withdrawal fee, so I'll make sure it goes on the agenda. I agree that it does seem wrong for a EUR withdrawal to be cheaper!  Cheesy But in part at least that's a testament to our low bank fees for SEPA transfers.

Thank you for the update, I highly appreciate that kraken take in consideration user's opinions.

I love kraken, just two things that i'd like to see (to raise the perfect status):

1) Confirmations required for deposits lowered from 6 to 2 (enough to prevent the vast majority of double spend attacks)
2) Btc withdrawal fee lowered from 0.0005 to 0.0001, i mean, the fiat value of 0.0005 btc it's more than the required 9 cents to do a SEPA wire, first time that I see an exchange where FIAT transfers are cheaper Cheesy

Announcement: Please note that we will be launching a new site design within a few days. So don't be too shocked when you come to the site and see that it has a very different look.  Smiley

You can read our blog post about the new design here:

" but it does mean that margin trading will be available very soon. "
Also for german customers?

And I hope the new design is good... Normally I don't like changes in design and the kraken design is good at the moment, so it's likely that it gets worse =/
But we will see...

I will be using Kraken again for the time being. I moved most of my operations to another exchange that had some other coin pairs and it was convenient to just use one exchange. The other exchange recently raised their fees signficantly so I'm back to Kraken. I'm already set up and everything has always run smoothly. Thank you.

Because this thread contains lots of posts concerning stuck withdrawal/deposit posts, I want to mention that those are very rare cases. Deposits and withdrawals in fiat and coins are handled without any problem at kraken at a very high frequency. And in the rare cases something is odd, it is resolved very quickly (well, sometimes you have to push this thread before, but hey, at least there is a thread to push!). But those rare cases have occured less than 0.5% of the time for me over the past 1.5 years with multiple deposits and withdrawals every day.

This is SO MUCH BETTER than at any other exchange I have tested. And it also saves a lot of time I have already wasted with support at other exchanges; at kraken I rarely need the support.

(I do not have any ties with kraken and my post is my honest opinion.)

Yes, the support is awesome and they resolve tickets within a few hours if the problem is at their end.

Legendary Escrow Service - Tip Jar in Profile

Not that it's going to help anyone much, but I had a BTC deposit working just fine about 5 hours ago.

It works again but it was gone around a hour.

bitcoin withdrawals are not processed... =/

Yes, some clients are having an issue with digital currency funding. We are aware of the problem and working to resolve it. I'll let you know when I have more information.

The issue should be fixed for everyone now. But let us know if you have any transfers that aren't going through. Sorry for the delay!
