Hi there

I sent two transactions by SEPA (by a french bank). The first one of 4000€, the second one of 1754€. For the first one a forgot to put the reference (I didn't repeated the mistake). It happened the 8 of december, and I sent a request to kraken support the 12 december (when I understood that the delay xas abnormally long). I'm not having responses, could anybody help ?

Looks like the (previous) Cryptowatch tool. For API users nothing has changed as far as we can tell based on measured error rates. And that website is present at least since April and there's nothing new to it on first glance. So we doubt that anything has changed.

Ah I didn't check the article date since it's at the very top of their "blog".

Sorry to say, but apparently you do your name all honors. How much do they pay you for posting in this forum / what is your affiliation with Kraken?

If they would be professionals, they would apply their ToS, what they dont. However there are endless numbers of points where Kraken does give as much as horse excrement about fulfilling the contract they have with every users. I.e., they would refund their faults, and they would not accept or at least limit the number of new users if they problem is the load.

We on our part only have as much money on Kraken to do a little test now and then to see whether tings have improved. The rest is moved away from this SCAM. We prefer to be able to work with our money than having to watch the market move and being frustrated that more than 95% of placements end up as errors.

We ca only advise. Stay away from this SCAM, until they have prove not be one, and that they take customers serious, instead of only ripping them off.

Then why don't they update us? Why don't they address the fact that they missed their original deadline and update us on the new one? They are acting like children - not financial gurus someone should trust with their money. Because in the end, you are trusting the PEOPLE behind the site, not the site itself. If the people are not honorable, the site eventually won't be - I just hope I can get my money out beforehand.

He didn't say it was working without problems. Yesterday I withdrew 2 coins from Kraken and it reached my wallet within 10-15mins, so it was great and I was relieved. But the actual process to request the withdrawal took me about 2hrs for each coin, so 4hrs in total. I agree it is unacceptable and completely frustrating, but withdrawals seem to be working, it's just website that is utter shit. So in a way I'm not that scared for my funds on Kraken as of yet, but for trading it is impossible to place order and trade normally.

Yeah, once you can actually submit a withdrawal request it's processed in a timely manner. But to actually go through the 4 clicks (that used to take a minute) it take hours of trial and error.

This is what I've experienced with them in the past days. The process of logging into your website and navigating to it is a nightmare. Sometimes, you are getting kicked out due to unknown reasons. I also tried withdrawing some money from them. It actually pushed through but the process of it within their page is so abysmal. I'm not normally voicing out my concerns regarding this matter but sometimes, you have to do it to vent out the frustrations that I have for their website.

Apparently, if you want to hold your coins for the very long term, just deposit it to Kraken and they'll hold it dearly for you. Grin

When I deposited Euro to Kraken it took never longer than one working day. Maybe its faster for me because Im verified, I dont know. But I certainly cant complain about Kraken in any way.
Performance is a bit laggy sometimes, but besides of this, I love that exchange.

I got to add up to the whining mass that's gathering.

Ive attempted to trade the last 14 days, and it's a mess to say the least.
Apart from being unable to login most of the time (502,520) its impossible to make any trades.
Or atleast in the manner you want to make trades!
"Invalid response from server. Please try again."
"Your order MAY have failed. Please refresh the site.~"

I ended up with almost twice the amount of wanted BCH after such errors, cus trades still occured but no balance showed.

I have not tried to withdraw any funds but this is because I'm unable to enter the withdrawal-page rather then having actual transfer-issues.

Let me say this loud and clear; This is NOT an acceptable way to handle service and customers. Especially not when the base of operations is economical funds. Shame on you, Kraken!
