My money and crypto are still locked on your exchange - can't verify a new Ethereum address and fiat withdrawl initiates, but then fails with no explanation.

And the new platform you keep touting has been "coming" for months now.

deposited and withdrew hundred thousands dollars,never ever had a single problem.(besides server issues and that issue is also much more better than before)
deposits and withdraws always on time.they may be understaffed but they solve all problems sooner or later.

As said in the post. Go into the service requests submitted via your website and apply appropriate refunds where necessary. Then you might be able to solve this problem.

10 days and still can't withdraw from Kraken.  At first, I just needed to pay someone some Ether for some goods I purchased, now I just need some of my Fiat withdrawn for some Christmas money.  Been trying for over a week to withdraw fiat.  

I CANNOT stress enough to folks that any money or crypto you put on this exchange is TRAPPED!  You no longer have control of your assets - Kraken does, and they aren't letting go!

jep, this typical Kraken behavior. What a bull's excrement service.

This is what we usually get as answer as well. If an answer is given at all. Always the same management bull's excrement type of answer. That why we left Kraken, and call them a SCAM.

And the funny thing actually  is that you state the same type of answer about things changing soon which we were getting already in May this year. For us this just proves again that it was the best thing we could do to do like a tree and leave this SCAM of a godforsaken wanna be trading platform.

Every single post by these scammers in this forum regarding service request would not be necessary if they would have an appropriate service running. But they clearly do not care about the customers user experience of there platform. They only count on people to put more money on their platform.

we can only emphasize again and again. If you can, STAY AWAY from Kraken, and if you already got hooked, try to leave if you got an option to do so.

You need to go through the trading pairs that are available.

There is no XBT/USDT pair.

So you need to first get USD, then XBT (or any other coin that can be traded for EUR) and then EUR.

Hi Septimus, I opened an account a few days ago and I understand you guys are full with verifications but I sent everything required for verification up to tier 3 and yesterday your guys only bumped me to tier 1 ... I mean if they were verifying my account and were already at it why didn't they finish it all the way up to tier 3 ?

It turns out that my problem is not just with Ripple, in general I can not withdraw my actives. I tried to withdraw the USDT, but it's the same. I receive messages in my mail normally, conformed the withdraw, opens the Kraken page normally but nothing changed. Withdraw turned off. And I not  receive any message an error.

At this point, all my withdrawal orders please remove, do not, because I will create new orders after the issue has been settled and resolved.
Please correct the software error.

When are stop loss orders coming back? It should be called banking platform instead of trading platform.

I haven't been able to trade for months on your website and when I did, I lost money, because I couldn't close positions... I lost tens of thousands of Euros the things you've did and I will never forget and lost all trust in any exchange and all people I don't personally know.
Instead of helping and keeping your most loyal clients, you opt to get newbies in and choose them over those who made you wealthy, a very weird decision that every entrepreneur will understand (hence, the argument of Mt. Gox fear was legit that people had - yet, I defended you for being regulated that you couldn't do that without financial and legal consequences whereas Mt. Gox was unregulated). I think you should make an apology to your loyal traders who were trading on your platform for a living and many of them have already left (including having their lives ruined), but there is chance they will come back, because I think many of the others are even worse or will become.

I'll still use your service, because I still have faith in you and always had, see the posts that I defended you in this thread for months now. But, I've learned something very important (life lesson), which I thank you for, despite having could made over €100k, now I only have sub €1k in equitity, that is:
1) Never trust any exchange;
2) Diversify only on regulated exchanges that have liquidity (don't put everything in one basket like I did);
3) Only keep the amount on exchanges you're willing to trade, withdraw the rest to your accounts.
Extra tip: Put your genuine anger in to positive motion, you become more powerful, i.e. in fitness or running through the forest, so your mind gets clear and go trading.

You should improve asap, because I know city of london and wall streets firms are coming in creating their own regulated exchanges that have much more liquidity than all the current exchanges combined and they never had any single issues like you guys are having (with orders, website, hacking, deposits/withdrawals, etc).

So keep it up and Merry Christmas. It's looking better so far, but it's still very incomplete. Traders NEED functional stop loss orders and it's still disabled. Thank you.

for me kraken is one of the best exchanges in the market along with binance.
yeah i agree they still coulndt figure their server issues out.but other than that they r great.
have sent them several swifts all arrived within 24 hours which is exceptional if you ask me.
coin withdraws are secure and on time always.
support is a little slow but they always reply,plus there is a representative on bitcointalk forums trying to help.what other exchange has a rep here other than kraken?



We liked trading there for a long time and thought the same as you. However, the disrespect towards customers by running the service in the current state (going on for at least the past half year) is just unbelievable. And as they are knowingly continue to run their service without applying refunds for their faults according to their ToS, they are continuously in breach of contract with their customers. And there are several other points were they are knowingly in breach of contract. As they are continuing with the current state they are just criminals in our opinion.

Maybe you are one of the lucky ones then.

We are still waiting for refunds for 100's of to be placed and to be canceled positions which were not executed thereby leadig to errornous placement or not cancelled positions. If we would have put in all request it would 1000's, which require refunds according to Kraken's own ToS. Only taking the test of the last two days would require dozens of corrections/refunds.

The current error rate for placing orders is between 52-58%, and as it looks we will stop our test soon, as it is quite clear to us that the promise of a new trade engine etc was just the typical Kraken SCAM/lie to prevent customers from leaving.

All this has been going on for months and no sing of improvement except their ways to SCAM people.

If folks are happy being fooled by Kraken, go on and trade there. If you like real trading...go somewhere else..there are sufficient possibilities around for everyone's needs.

And about having people in forums like this. At the moment it looks to us that they only do this to give the impression of running a decent service. If they would reply to the request submitted via their website within acceptable time and manner, there would be no need for folks to go to forum like this one.

100% agree.  I used to be a big fan of Kraken, now I am moving all of my coin/fiat away.  I have had no issues PLACING orders, but withdrawing them has been nothing but a nightmare.  And I STILL can't create an Ether withdraw address.  They are very well aware of their problems, yet continue to TRAP people's money.  It is just nothing but criminal.  I can deal with a company working out issues and being honest about it (and I DID deal with these issues for several months because I believed in them), but I cannot ever trust them again after literally holding my money hostage.

I cannot emphasize enough to folks that if you send money to Kraken, please do not expect to be able to withdraw it in any form (fiat OR crypto).

Bitstamp has slightly higher fees, but they are solid. The verification still takes days. They only have BTC, BCH, LTC, ETH and XRP. But there's no shortage of crypto only exchanges. Bittrex for example. Just don't trust any of them with your coins Wink

I see you are very busy. I need my account unlocked. I had gotten invalid user responses, leading me to resetting my password and then trying to log in with multiple failed attempts. I also use 2FPA also, and I'm not sure what the issue was. Now my account has been temporarily disabled. I PM'd you my situation and I also escalated the ticket (#1107888). I'm wondering how long the turn around time will be to unlock my account. I want to make trades but cannot! This is a huge issue for me as I don't want to miss the next move on some of my favorite cryptos.
