Hi Kraken-septimus!
I tried several times to withdraw my money: that's yesterday and today. Every time my e-mail comes in a message to confirm my claim. I can open this conformation: everything goes well, except the return of money. Nothing changes from my sum (we are talking about ripple. ticket number is 1105178).my login is sarakash.

it is very clear that you read this forum. How about going into requests submitted via your website. Or are people just ignored there and you only PR stunt work in this forum and other public channels?
we are still waiting for roughly 50000EUR in refunds according to your ToS. Just go through your request this year and apply appropriate refunds to solve this. Maybe other people will get their refunds then as well.

Ever going to happen? Or are you do you just continue to lure in new customers to your SCAM?

I did not make seperate deposits. As I sent you my swift docements and screenshots I sent exactly 12k.
Not seperate something or partial , exactly 12K euro.
Before sending money I have also checked my daily and monthly limits and check the code.It is so strange that I have never faced such problem before . Please let me know the situation of problem.

I initiated a wire withdrawal (USD Fiat to a US bank account titled the same as my Kraken account) from my Kraken account about a week ago which failed. I have no idea why it failed. I submitted a support ticket which has also been escalated but I still haven't heard anything back. It's been nearly a week and I thought I would have heard something back by now. Ticket number: 1052605.

Can you please sort this out please?

Security precaution: If this is a new address you will soon receive an email asking you to confirm it. "

that was new address but i doesn't received new mail to confirm.

I can' trade at all.

At the same time I can't withdraw my coins because of fuckin limits.
It was ok then BTC was about 200, but it cost 100x more but limits remains the same.

Bloody hell.

Why do you set limits for crypto withdrawals deniminated in fiat cyrrency?
Why you never rise this limits?

Will wait next month cycle and withdraw all from Kraken.
