This coin has dynamic difficulty implementation (I dont know if its KGW or not).

It change diff not at current block but anytime hashrate drops or rises. And depending on hashrate it's adjusting it.

Coin reacts very fast do hashrate and I think KGW is implemented. The reason the diff was low was low hashrate. For weeks it was around 2-3 and now 6.
